چکیده
ﮔﻴﺎه رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ در داﻣﻨﻪی وﺳﻴﻌﻲ از اﻗﻠﻴﻢﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﺸﺖ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد و از ﺗﻨﻮع ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ای ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ازآﻧﺠﺎﻛﻪ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﮔﻴﺎه از ﻧﻴﺎز ﻫﺎی اﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖ در اﺻﻼح ﻧﺒﺎﺗﺎت ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه در ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و اﻧﺪک ﺑﻮدن ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖﻫﺎی ﺑﻬﻨﮋادی اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه در اﻳﻦ زﻣﻴﻨﻪ در ﻛﺸﻮر ﺑﻪ ﺧﺼﻮص در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن ﺟﻨﻮﺑﻲ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ اﻗﻠﻴﻤﻲ ﺑﻴﺮﺟﻨﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ 33 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رازﻳﺎﻧﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح آﮔﻤﻨﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎ ًﺗﻜﺮاردار، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﻳﻜﻪ 2 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ در 4 ﺗﻜﺮار، 4 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ در 5 ﺗﻜﺮار و 1 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ در 6 ﺗﻜﺮار و 26 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ دﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺑﻴﻦ اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﺗﻜﺮاردار آﮔﻤﻨﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺎﻣﻞ روز ﺗﺎ 50 ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ، روز ﺗﺎ 50 رﺳﻴﺪﮔﻲ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺗﺎ ﭼﺘﺮ اﺻﻠﻲ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﻛﻞ ﮔﻴﺎه، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭼﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﭼﺘﺮ ﮔﻴﺎه، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﻫﺮ ﭼﺘﺮ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﭼﺘﺮ اﺻﻠﻲ، ﻃﻮل ﮔﺮه، وزن داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪآﻣﺎری از روﻳﻪ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺑﺎﻗﻴﻤﺎﻧﺪه(REML)ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 12 ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آوردن اﺟﺰاء وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎیجﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ داده ﻫﺎ و اﺟﺰای وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ در داﺧﻞ ﻣﺘﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اراﺋﻪ ﺧﻮاﻫﻨﺪ ﺷﺪ.

EVALUATION OF MORPHO-PHENOLOGICAL AND QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT FENNEL CULTIVARS UNDER BIRJAND CLIMATE CONDITIONS

Abstract
ennel is cultivated in a wide range of different environments, and a considerable genetic variation exists in Iran. Study of genetic variations and finding the relations between different traits are of the necessary requirements in plant breeding advances. With regard to the importance of this plant and lack of plant breeding studies, particularly in South Khorassan, an experiment was conducted to evaluate different fennel ecotypes for their morpho-phenological traits. In this experiment, 33 different fennel ecotypes were evaluated in an augmented p-rep design [2]. Traits including days to 50% flowering, days to 50% maturity, main branch, height up to main umbel, plant height, total number of branches per plant, umbels per plant, number of umbellate per umbel, number of effective umbel, number of seeds per umbel, number of seeds in main umbel, internodes length, grain weight and grain yield were measured. Statistical analysis of the
experiment was performed based on residual maximum likelihood (REML) procedure using GenStat release 12.1, to obtain variance components of different terms. The best linear unbiased estimate (BLUEs) for the ecotypes was fitted. The results of data analysis and variance components will be further discussed in the text.
