چکیده
ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ )Lallemantia royleana L.( ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪه از ﭘﺎﻳﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدری ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻛﻮد آﻫﻦ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺘﺪا در ﺳﺎل 1391 ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻳﻚ ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﻛﺸﺖ و ﺗﺤﺖ اﺛﺮ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺗﻴﻤﺎری ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻛﻮد آﻫﻦ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎش و ﺧﺎکﭘﺎش( و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ )ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﺳﺒﺰ ﺷﺪن، ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و داﻧﻪﺑﻨﺪی( ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺬور ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و ﺑﻪ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻞ ﺷﺪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ، ﺗﺤﺖ اﺛﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری 0، 3، 6، 9 و 12 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻐﻴﺮات ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺗﻴﻤﺎری اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدری در ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺑﺎ اﻳﻦ ﺣﺎل ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺮﻫﻢﻛﻨﺶ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت ﺗﻴﻤﺎری و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺷﺪه از ﭘﺎﻳﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدری ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻛﻮد آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎش و ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ داﻧﻪﺑﻨﺪی ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در اﺑﺘﺪای ﻓﺼﻞ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ را در ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﺣﺎﺻﻞ داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ در ﺑﺬوری ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدری آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻛﻮد آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎش ﺗﻐﺬﻳﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of salinity stress on germination indices (GI) of Lallemantia royleana seeds harvested from parental plants treated with iron Nano-fertilizer and drought
stress. The experiment has been carried out at Shahed University. First, in 2012, the parental plants were
cultivated and exposed to different combination of treatments including iron Nano-fertilizer (control, incorporation with soil and foliar application) and drought stress (irrigation cut at emergence, flowering and seed production stages). At harvesting stage, seeds were collected and evaluated in terms of GIs under five salinity stress levels (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12 ds.m-1). Results showed that the observed variation due to treatment combinations applied on parental lines was significant for all studied traits except for germination speed (GS). The GI averages were significantly decreased concurrent with rise in the salinity levels. However, salinity had no significant effect on GS and coefficient of germination. Assessment of interaction effects showed that the highest GI values belonged to seeds obtained from parents fed with foliar iron Nano-fertilizer and treated with irrigation cut at seed production stage. Results of this study revealed that drought stress at emergence stage had greatest impact in reduction of GIs of Lallemantia royleana seeds.
