چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ذرت رﻗﻢ ﺳﻴﻨﻜﻞ ﻛﺮاس 704 ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺑﻬﺎر ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1392 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﻫﻨﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﻛﺸﺎورزی رواﻧﺴﺮ واﻗﻊ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻛﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ در5 ﺳﻄﺢ )0- 24-12- 36 و 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد ﻓﺴﻔﺮه در 5 ﺳﻄﺢ (ﺑﺪون ﻛﻮد ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﺑﺪون ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ، ﺑﺪون ﻛﻮد ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮیﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﺮک رﺷﺪ (Pseudomonas fluorescens strains 108,11,104,169)، ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬر)50 + ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻛﻮدی ﻓﺴﻔﺮ، ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬر75 + ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻛﻮدی ﻓﺴﻔﺮ و 100 ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻛﻮدی ﻓﺴﻔﺮ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬر( ﺑﻮد. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺎدر ﺑﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﻧﺒﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ دو ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﺮای ﻫﻴﭻ ﻛﺪام از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﺒﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ و ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Abstract
In order to investigation the effect of priming and biological seed treatment on growth parameters and corn yield of single-cross 704 cultivar, an experiment was conducted in factorial experiment based on completely randomized block design with three replications in research station of agriculture school of Ravansar in Kermanshah. two studied factors included of seed priming with distilled water in five levels and seed inoculation with five levels of Plant Growth-promoting Rhizobacteria. In this study Results 48 hours priming was not able to germinate of seeds. Also results indicated the non-significance interaction between two studied factors for all studied traits. Maximum and minimum of mean of the all studied traits belong to 24 and 0 hours seed priming, respectively.
