چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه اﺳﻔﺮزه در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ راﻣﻴﻦ ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر در 6 ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر )آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ، ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ، ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ، ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ، ﻧﻤﻚ NaCl ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 12 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ و ﺑﺪون ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ( و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ، 135 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر و 270 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﻧﻤﻚ( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ درﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻨﺶ، ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ از ﮔﺬﺷﺖ 6/68 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ رﺳﻴﺪ. در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ و ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﻮد. در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻼﻳﻢ، ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ و در ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را داﺷﺘﻪ و زودﺗﺮ ﺑﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ رﺳﻴﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ و ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ درﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر اﺳﻔﺮزه ﮔﺮدد.

Effect of seed priming on seed germination behavior of Plantago ovata plant under Salt Stres

In order to investigate the effect of seed priming on germination characteristics of Plantago ovata under salinity stress condition, an experiment was conducted in Ramin Agriculture and Natural Resources University, Khuzestan, The experiment was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design) with 4 replications. Treatment consisted of 6 levels of seed priming (primed with distilled water, potassium nitrate, gibberellic acid (GA), salicylic acid, salts Nacl and without prime) and salinity levels (no stress, 135 mM and 270 mM salt). Results showed that salinity reduces rate and percentage of germination. Non-stress conditions, primed seeds with GA only after 6/68 hours to reach 50% of final germination. Non-stress conditions, the highest and lowest germination percentage achieved of primed with GA and salicylic acid. In mild stress conditions prim with potassium nitrate and in severe stress prime with GA led to highest percentage and final germination reached 50% earlier. So in salinity stress primed with potassium nitrate and GA can increase seed germination rate and percentage of Plantago ovate plant.
