چکیده
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ روش ﻛﺎﺷﺖ، ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه ﭼﻴﻜﻮری، در ﺳﺎل 1391 و در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﻛﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻗﻨﺪ ﻗﺰوﻳﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. وارﻳﺘﻪ زراﻋﻲ اورﭼﻴﺰ در دو روش ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﺬر و ﻛﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﮔﻴﺎه )6 و 12 و 18 ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮﻣﺮﺑﻊ( و ﺳﻪ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ )10 و 30 ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻮر و 20 ﻣﻬﺮ ﻣﺎه( در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﻣﻮرد اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ اﺻﻠﻲ روش ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺑﺮای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺻﻔﺖﻫﺎ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ، درﺻﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد .ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ روی درﺻﺪ اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻧﺒﻮد ﻟﻴﻜﻦ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﺎﺧﻴﺮ در زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ درﺻﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﺷﺪ وﻟﻲ روی ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ، اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ دو روش ﻛﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ )32/78 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( در روش ﻛﺸﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﺋﻲ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻤﻮد ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ 42/16 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ 18 ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ )14/9 از ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ 20 ﻣﻬﺮ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻓﺮوﻛﺘﻮز ﻛﻞ رﻳﺸﻪ )16/7 از ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ در 20 ﻣﻬﺮ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ، روش ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﻧﺸﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ 18 ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ و ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ در 20 ﻣﻬﺮ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد رﻳﺸﻪ و درﺻﺪ اﻳﻨﻮﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

Effect of Sowing Method, Plant Density and Harvest Date on the Yield and Quality of Chicory (Cichorium intybus L.)

To evaluate the effect of sowing method, plant density and harvest time on the yield traits of Chicory, an experiment was conducted during 2012 in Qazvin Sugar Factory Research Station. crop varieties of Chicory in two sowing method(direct sowing and explanting) and three plant densities (6, 12, and 18 plants per square meter) in three harvest dates (31 August and 20 September and 11 October) were evaluated using a factorial design with three replications. The result of ANOVA showed that the main effect of sowing method was significant for most traits including root yield, inulin content and inulin yield. Inulin contentwas not affected by the main effect of plant density but this main effect was significant for both, root yield
and inulin yield. The delay in harvest time caused a significant increase in the inulin content and inulin
yield; however, it did not have a significant effect on the root yield of Chicory. Comparing notes sowing
method × plant density interaction showed the highest root fresh weight (270.2 g) with explanting and
density of 18 plants per square meter and maximum diameter of the root of explanting with density 6 plants
per square meter. The highest content of inulin (14.9%) of harvest in 11 October and explanting total
Fructose (16.7%) was obtained from direct sowing and harvest on 11 October. in general, explanting and
density of 18 plants per square meter and harvest on 11 October that the potential yield and the percentage
was higher inulin recommended.
