چکیده
اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﺷﻮری در ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن ﻃﻲ دو ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 89-
88 و 90- 89 ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻼﻗﻲ ﮔﺎﺳﭙﺎرد )ﺣﺴﺎس( × ﺧﺎرﭼﻴﺎ )ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ( ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﻮری در ﺳﺎل اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﺴﻞﻫﺎیF3,F2,F1,P2,P1 در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری: )1-EC=12 dsm ﺧﺎک و1-EC=10dsm آب( و ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﺳﺎل دوم ﺑﺎ روش ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﺴﻞﻫﺎی F4,F3,F2,P2,P1 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﺴﻞﻫﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ، ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻮد ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮی ﻛﻪ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺑﺮﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺴﻞﻫﺎ اﺛﺮ اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ ﻃﻲ ﺷﻮری دو ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ اﺛﺮ اﻓﺰاﻳﺸﻲ ﻃﻲ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﻮد و اﺛﺮ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﻴﺖ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒﺎ ﻳﻜﺴﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﻋﻠﻲرﻏﻢ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﻮدن وراﺛﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺷﻮری ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، وراﺛﺖﭘﺬﻳﺮی ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﮕﺮ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﻮدن ﮔﺰﻳﻨﺶ و ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﻴﺮی ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی روش ﻫﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ را ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ.

In order to compare the genetic control of grain yield under drought & salinity stress in bread wheat an experiment was conducted using population derived from cross between Gaspard (sensitive) and Kharchia (tolerant) in two growing season of 2009-2011. Salinity assessment was done using P1, P2, F1, F2 & F3, at salinity field with EC of soil and irrigation water 12dsm-1 and 10dsm-1 respectively. Drought assessment was done at Shahid Bahonar university of Kerman research field using P1, P2, F2, F3& F4 generations. Grain yield genetic control was measured in different generation using Mean Generation & Variance Analysis. Mean comparison of grain yield at two conditions, showed significant difference, which has the higher potential of drought tolerance than salinity in the mentioned population. Based on generation analysis of variance salinity effect was twice its effect on drought. While dominance effect was equal in both conditions, Even though salinity had higher broad sense heritability, but narrow sense heritability was higher in drought stress condition, therefore selection based on the conventional methods can be lead to grain yield improvement under drought condition.
