چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی ﺑﺮ وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﺷﺪ ﻧﺨﻮد رﻗﻢ ILC482، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ1391-92 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﭘﺮدﻳﺲ ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه رازی ﻛﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺪت ﻫﺎی ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی )ﺑﺪون ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی، 25 ،50 ، 75 و 100درﺻﺪ( در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ رﺷﺪ ﻧﺨﻮد )ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ روﻳﺸﻲ، ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ زاﻳﺸﻲ و در ﻛﻞ دوره رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه ) ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺷﺪت ﻫﺎی ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی،اﻋﻤﺎل ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ رﺷﺪی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ و ﻧﻴﺰ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آن ﻫﺎ، ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺮ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ b و ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻛﻞ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و ﻧﻴﺰ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺮ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a، ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ b و ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻛﻞ در زﻣﺎن ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ b و ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻛﻞ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ در ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ رﺷﺪ زاﻳﺸﻲ داﺷﺖ. ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ b و ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻛﻞ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی( ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و در 100 درﺻﺪ ﺳﺎﻳﻪ اﻧﺪازی ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار را داﺷﺖ.

Study the effect of shading on chlorophyll content at different growth stages of chickpea

Abstract
In order to study the effect of shading on chlorophyll content at different growth stages of chickpea (ILC482) carried out a experiment via factorial in based on randomized complete block design with 3 replications in research farm on Campus of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran during 2012-2013. Factors were including shading (no-shading, 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent) at different growth stages (vegetative and reproductive stages and all of growth duration). Results showed that shading intensity and shading stages and interactions between of them were significant on chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll at before anthesis and significant on chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll at grain filling period. The most of chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were before flowering and at time of grain filling at shading of reproductive stage. The most and the lowest of Chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll obtained before flowering and at time of grain filling at no-shading and shading 100%, respectively.
