چکیده
اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در زﻣﺎن ﮔﻞدﻫﻲ ﺑﺮ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﺑﺬر ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨـﺪ رﻗـﻢ ﺷـﻴﺮﻳﻦ در ﻃـﻲ ﺳـﺎل ﻫـﺎی 1387 و 1388 در اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی اردﺑﻴﻞ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑـﺎ ﭼﻬـﺎر ﺗ ﻴﻤـﺎر ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﭼﻬﺎر زﻣﺎن ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺷﺮوع ﮔﻞدﻫﻲ و در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺷﺮوع ﮔﻞدﻫﻲ )ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﻌﺪ از درﻳﺎﻓﺖ 750، 1000 و 1250 GDD( ﮔﻨﺠﺎﻧﻴﺪه ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و آﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری )ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴـ ﺎری ﺑﻌـﺪ از درﻳﺎﻓﺖ GDD 1500( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﻮهﻧﺎﻣﻴﻪ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫـﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﻲ ﺣـﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ(، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﻫﻴﭙﻮﻛﻮﺗﻴﻞ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه اداره اﺻﻼح و ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨـﺪ اردﺑﻴـﻞ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﻛﺐ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﭘـﻮﻛﻲ ﺑـﺬر ، درﺻـﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﻲ ﺑـﺬر ، ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر، ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﻫﻴﭙﻮﻛﻮﺗﻴﻞ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴـ ﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ در ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری درﺻﺪ ﭘﻮﻛﻲ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ و درﺻﺪ ﻗﻮه ﻧﺎﻣﻴـﻪ ﻣﻜـﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺑـﺬر درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر و ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﻫﻴﭙﻮﻛﻮﺗﻴﻞ ﻧﻴﺰ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﻳﻜﻪ ﻗﻮهﻧﺎﻣﻴﻪ ﻣﻜـﺎﻧ ﻴﻜﻲ ﺑـﺬر ﺑﺮداﺷـﺖ ﺷـﺪه در ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﻌﺪ از درﻳﺎﻓﺖ 750، 1000، 1250 و 1500 درﺟﻪ-روز رﺷﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 50/25، 66/62، 83/75 و 87 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ، ﺟﻠﻮاﻓﺘﺎدن زﻣﺎن ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری، ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺷﺪ درﺻﺪ ﻗﻮه ﻧﺎﻣﻴﻪ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺬر و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر ﻧﻴﺰﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﺑﺪ.

Abstract
This experiment was conducted in Ardabil agricultural research station (Alarough) in two years ( 2008-2009) in order Study the effects of water deficit in the after flowering stage on quality of sugar beet seed bearing plants by using randomized complete blocks design and four replication. Experimental treatments were Four treatments including water cutoff in after 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500 GDD (Control treatment). Evaluation of germination parameters, length and shoots (hypocotyls) length of produced seeds carrided in laboratory ofArdabil sugar beet seed office. The results of combined analysis of variance showed that the effect of treatments on percentage of empty seed, germination percentage, germination rate, uniformity of germination, radicle length and shoots (hypocotyls) length was significant. Comparision of means in different treatments showed that delay in water cutoff, significantly reduced the percentage of empty seed and increased the seed viability, percentage of germination, radicle length and hypocotyl length. So that the viability of seeds harvested in irrigation treatments after receiving 750, 1000, 1250 and 1500 GDD, was 50.25, 66.62, 83.75 and 87 percent, respectively. Thus, early water cutoff caused decreased seed viability and seed germination.
