چکیده
ﺷﻮری ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﻮم ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻲ ا در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﺪاری اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ را ﺗﻬﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ. ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻗﺎﺑﻠﻴﺖ دﺳﺘﺮﺳﻲ ﺑﺬر ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ آب ﻳﺎ ﺗﺪاﺧﻞ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﻴﺴﻢ از ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮی ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ. اﺳﺘﺒﺮق ﻳﻚ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ داﺋﻤﻲ و ﺳﺎزﮔﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﻚ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺬر زﻳﺎدی ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻴﻜﻨﺪ اﻣﺎ ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ آن در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺴﻴﺎرﻛﻢ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺑﻨﻴﻪ اوﻟﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر اﺳﺘﺒﺮق آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﮔﻠﺪاﻧﻲ و ﻓﻀﺎی ﺑﺎز ﺑﺎ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﻧﻤﻚ ﻃﻌﺎم در 3 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ، 40 و 80 ﻣﻮل در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت درﺻﺪ ﺳﺒﺰ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. درﺻﺪ ﺳﺒﺰ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ،وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ و رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺷﻮری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﻮری از ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ 80 ﻣﻮل در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ، ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻄﺮز ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺬر اﺳﺘﺒﺮق در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﺳﺒﺰ ﺷﺪن و اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری ﺣﺴﺎس اﺳﺖ

The effect of salinity on early vigor of (Calotropis procera L.) seeds

Abstract
Salinity is one of the most important ecological factors in arid and semi-arid areas that could threaten the stability of this erea. Salt stress by reducing water availability for seed germination or interfere with some aspects of metabolism can prevent the germination. Calotropis procera L.(Asclepiadaceae) is a adapted industrial perennial shrub to arid and semi arid lands . Calotropis sp produces lots of seeds. but, its density is very low. To study the effect of salinity on early vigor of Calotropic procera L., an experiment was arranged base on randomized completely design with five replications. The used treatments were including different levels of Nacl (0, 40 and 80 mol / litr). The traits of emergence percentage, shoot length ,root length ,root dry weight ,shoot dry weight
was measured. Emergence percentage ,root length ,shoot length ,shoot and root dry weight was
significantly affected by salinity. With increasing salinity of the control level to 80 mol per liter, significantly decreasedr all the traits. The greatest dicrease was observed in the shoot length. The results showed that Calotropis procera L seed is sensitive to salinity in germination and seedling establishment phase
