چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن و ﺳﻄﻮح اﺳﻴﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ ﺑﺮ دﻟﻴﻨﻴﺘﻪ ﺷﺪن، ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر ﭘﻨﺒﻪ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﻜﻨﻮﻟﻮژی ﺑﺬر داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻣﺎدة آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ، ﭘﺘﺮی دﻳﺶ ﺣﺎوی ﺑﺬور ﭘﻨﺒﻪ داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺗﻴﻤﺎر آن ﺑﻮد. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 20 ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ 5 ،10 ،15 ،20 ،25 ،30 ،35، 40 ،45 ،50، 55 ،60 ،65 ،70 ،75 ،80 ،85 ،90 ، 95 و 96 ﺑﺮ ﺣﺴﺐ درﺻﺪ و ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن 1 ،5 ،10 ،15و20 ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺳﻄﻮح ﻏﻠﻈﺖ اﺳﻴﺪﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﺑﺮ ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﭽﻪ، ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﭽﻪ، وزن ﺗﺮﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ وﻣﻴﺰان ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ ﺗﺎ 25 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ داﺷﺖ و ﭘﺲ از آن ﻣﻴﺰان ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ و ﻟﺬا ﺳﻄﻮح ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻤﺎﻧﻌﺖ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی روی رﺷﺪ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ دارد. ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺗﻴﻤﺎری از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻗﻮه ﻧﺎﻣﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر در ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ اﺳﻴﺪﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرﻳﻚ 15 درﺻﺪ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن 5 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ.

Effect of sulfuric acid on delinter, power the germination and seed emergence of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) at different times

Abstract
This investigation was conducted to evaluate the effects of the sulfuric acid on seed germination of cotton seed, under time condition. The design of the experiment was a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications. The experimental factors were cotton seeds under twenty levels of sulfuric acid (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 65, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95 and 96) Percent and five levels of time treatment (1,5, 10, 15 and 20) minute. At the first stage cotton seeds were immersed in one level of sulfuric acid treatment for up to times at room temperature. Then the seeds were distilled by water for 24 h at 30 °C and subjected to water for two week. The results showed that sulfuric acid technique had a significant effect (p<% 1) on seedling parameters including: dry weight of seedlings, length of radicles and plumules, rate and period of germination Mean Germination Time, Germination of Coefficient, Variance of Mean Germination Time, Uniformity of Mean Germination Time and Seed Vigour Index. The upper levels of sulfuric acid had more inhibition effect on plumula growth than the lower levels of sulfuric acid.
