چکیده
در اﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت، ﻋﻜﺲ زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ رﺳﻴﺪن ﺑﻪ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺗﺠﻤﻌﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺳﺮﻋﺖ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ در دﻣﺎی 20 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺷﺶ ﻣﺪل رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮﻧﻲ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺧﻄﻲ )وﻳﺒـﻮل، ﮔـﻮﻣﭙﺮﺗﺰ،ﻫﻴﻞ، ﻟﺠﺴﺘﻴﻚ، ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﺣﺪ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ و ﺳﻴﮕﻤﻮﺋﻴﺪی( از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺮآورد زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑـﻴﻦ ﻣـﺪل ﻫـﺎ از ﻧﻈـﺮ ﺑﺮآورد ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﻳﻦ ﺣﺎل، زﻣﺎن ﺗﺎ 50 درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﻬـﺎﻳﻲ ﺑـﺮآورد ﺷـﺪه ﺑـﺎ ﻣـﺪل ﻫـﺎ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻏﻴﺮ ﺧﻄﻲ وﻳﺒﻮل( AICc=-10.9.31)ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻣﺪلﻫﺎ از دﻗﺖ ﺑﺮازش ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﺑﻪ دادهﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺗﺠﻤﻌﻲ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮد.

Evaluation of non-linear regression models for estimation of Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) germination rate

Abstract
In most studies, inverse of time to reach 50 % of the final cumulative germination is considered as germination rate. In this experiment, Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seed germination was tested at 20 °C. Six nonlinear regression models (Weibull, Gompertz, Hill, Logistic, The extreme-value function, and Sigmoid) were compared in terms of estimates time to 50 % of the final germination. There was not significantly different among models In terms of estimates maximum germination. However, the estimated time to 50% germination was significantly different among the models. The results showed that non-linear Weibull model provided the best fit (AICc=-10.9.31) to cumulative germination data of Safflower.
