چکیده
ﻣﺪلﺳﺎزی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪلﻫﺎی ﻫﻴﺪروﺗﺎﻳﻢ و ﻫﻴﺪروﺗﺮﻣﺎل ﺗﺎﻳﻢ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﮔﺴﺘﺮدهای اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. در اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی دو رﻗﻢ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ (ﺳﻴﻨﺎ و ﺻﻔﻪ) در ﻣﺤﺪودهای از ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞﻫﺎی آب (ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/3-، 6/-، 0/9 و 1/2 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳـﻜﺎل) ﻣـﻮرد آزﻣـﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. از ﻣﺪل ﻫﻴﺪروﺗﺎﻳﻢ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ وﻳﺒﻮل ﺑﺮای ﻧﺸﺎن دادن ﺗﻨﻮع ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ آب ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖﻫـﺎی ﺑـﺬری اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪ
ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ اﺧـﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨـﻲ داری وﺟـﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷـﺖ. ﺑﻄﻮریﻛﻪ، آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ آب ﺑﺮای ﺷﺮوع ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻫﺮ دو رﻗﻢ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ 1/32 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﻜﺎل و ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻫﻴﺪروﺗﺎﻳﻢ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻣﻴـﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ36 ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﻜﺎل ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪ.

Hydrotime modeling of seeds (Carthamus tinctorius L.) using Weibull, distribution

Abstract
Seed germination has been modeled extensively using hydrotime and hydrothermal time models. In this experiment, seed germination of two safflower varieties was tested across a range of water potential (0, -0.3, -0.6, -0.9 and -1.2 MPa). Hydrothermal model developed based of Weibull, distribution was used to illustrate the relative variation of base water potential. Result showed that there was no significant difference between
two varieties of safflower in terms of drought tolerance and speed ( ). As, the threshold water potential for germination and hydrotime constant of both varieties was estimated to be on average equal to -1.32 MPa and 36 MPa h, respectively.
