Title
The effect different levels priming and salinity on wheat growth
Authors
Abstract
In other study the effect of priming level on the growth of wheat under salinity greenhouse experiment in a randomized complete block design was studied . The first test consists of 6 levels of priming (control ( non- primed ) , distilled water ( hydro PRIME ) , sodium chloride ( Halo priming ) at four salinity levels -0.25,-0.5, -0.75 and-0.1 Mpa ) the second factor consisted of four levels of salinity (control ) , -0.5,-0.1,-1.5 Mpa) was conducted in 1391 . Analysis of variance showed priming levels of height , leaf fresh weight and dry weight of leaves and salinity levels was significant for all traits . Comparison showed that the average height of the highest elevation in the control treatment 84/27 cm and the least treatment -0.25 to prime rate of 25.38 cm was observed . Wet leaf weigh as much as 0.733 g treat control and lowest 0.535 treatment Prime -1 event. Results represent mean control treatment leaf dry weight by as much as 0.181 g than -1.5 control treatment equal to 0.086 shows which shows an increase of 100 percent . greatest amount of dry on control rate of 0.171 g and at least -1.5 salinity level of 0.086 g was observed .
