چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺟﺎری و ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺳﻮرﮔﻮم داﻧﻪ ای آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ رﻗﻢ ﺳﭙﻴﺪه و دو ﻻﻳﻦ اﻣﻴﺪ ﺑﺨﺶ M2 و M5 (در ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ، ﺳﻄﻮح ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن)0، 100،200 ﻛﻴﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺟﺎری) اﺧﺘﻼل و ﻋﺪم اﺧﺘﻼل( ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن و وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰی ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﺑﻴﻮ ﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان6/47 و6/12 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎردر ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﺼﺮف 100 و200ﻛﻴﻠﻮ ﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 15/43 در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم اﺧﺘﻼل در ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ آن ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 65/39 درﺻﺪ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر اﺧﺘﻼل در ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺟﺎری ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ اﺧﺘﻼل درﻓﺘﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﺟﺎریﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ 8 و 19/65 درﺻﺪی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم اﺧﺘﻼل ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ

In order Effect of current photosynthesis and nitrogen on grain yield, harvest index and biological grain sorghum genotypes in a split plot experiment in randomized complete block design with three replications . Included genotypes (Cultivar Sepideh and two promising lines M2 and M5) in the main plots , nitrogen
levels ( 0, 100،200k/ ha ) and treatment status of current photosynthesis (impaired and non- impaired) in sub-plots were a factorial. Analysis of variance showed that the effect of nitrogen status and photosynthetic yield, biological and grain harvest index was significant. The highest yield rate of 6.47 and 6.12 ton ha treatment of 100 and 200 kg N ha respectively. Most of Harvest Index 43.15 in the treatment of non-impaired photosynthesis and the lowest rate of 39.65 % in the treatment of this disorder photosynthesis was observed in this disorder, biological yield and grain yield decreased present 8 and 19.65 percent compared to showed no abnormality.
