چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺳﻠﻨﻴﻢ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﻛﺪو ﭘﻮﺳﺖ ﻛﺎﻏﺬی Cucurbita pepo L.)(، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﻃﻲ ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1389 در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﺎﻛﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا در آﻣﺪ. ﻋﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﻴﺎری )آﺑﻴﺎری ﻣﻌﻤﻮل )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ و ﻗﻄﻊ آﺑﻴﺎری در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﻣﻴﻮهدﻫﻲ(، زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 10 ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( و ﺳﻠﻨﻴﻢ ﻧﻴﺰ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ )ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف و ﻣﺼﺮف 30 ﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺳﻠﻨﺎت ﺳﺪﻳﻢ( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻛﺮد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﻢآﺑﻲ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ روزﻧﻪای، ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﺎروﺗﻨﻮﺋﻴﺪ، ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a، ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﻛﻞ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ و ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ b ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان ده ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، ﺿﻤﻦ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﺮ ﻣﺤﺘﻮای ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ a و b، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺻﻔﺖ ﻫﺪاﻳﺖ روزﻧﻪای و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﭘﺮوﻟﻴﻦ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ و ﺳﻠﻨﻴﻢ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻘﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه و ﺣﺼﻮل ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ ﮔﺮدد.

Abstract
In order to evaluation the effect of zeolite application and selenium spraying at drought stress conditions on some physiological traits in medicinal pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo L.), an experiment was conducted in factorial based on randomized complete block design with three replication during 2010 in Takestan, Iran. The three levels of irrigation factor include normal irrigation (control), withhold irrigation at the flowering and fruit formation stages, zeolite factors include two levels of non application and use of 10 tons per hectare and selenium was sprayed at two concentration in zero and 30 grams per liter per hectare. Drought stress decreased some traits such as stomatal conductance, and chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll content and increased proline concentration and chlorophyll b content. application of zeolite under drought stress conditions had desirable effect on chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content, and also improved stomatal conductance and decreased proline concentration. According to the results, application of zeoilite under drought stress condition retain the moisture during stress and can be useful in improving plant growth and production.
