چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ وﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ، 96 ﺧﺎﻧﻮادهF3 ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﻼﻗﻲ ﻛﻮﻳﺮ×روﺷﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه واﻟﺪﻳﻦ و ﻧﺴﻞ F1 و F2 در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻻﺗﻴﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﻜﺮارﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ. ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ رﻳﺸﻚ،ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﻧﺎﺑﺎرور و وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺖ. وزن داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ)**r=0.92 را در ﺑﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺎ ﻫﻢ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. در رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﻴﺮی ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ وارد ﻣﺪل ﺷﺪ. وزن ﻫﺰارداﻧﻪ ،ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ وارﺗﻔﺎع ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ وارد ﻣﺪل ﺷﺪ و درﻣﺠﻤﻮع 45 ازﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد را ﺗﻮﺟﻴﻪ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و اﺟﺰای آن ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ را ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ دارد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﺎﻻی ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و اﺛﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﺎﻻی آن ﻣﻲﺗﻮان از اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺖ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮداستفاده ﻧﻤﻮد.

Evaluation of grain yield variation in bread wheat based on imperative agronomic traits in drought stress condition in population derived of Roushan and Kavir

Abstract
In order to detect relationship between grain yield and some important morphological traits, and also assess direct and indirect effect of important traits on grain yield and its components 96 F3 families derived from Roshan and Kavir cross, parents, F1 and F2 progenies were evaluated in lattic design with 2 replications under drought stress condition in research field of Shahed Bahonar University of Kerman in growing season of 2012-2013. Grain yield had positive and significant correlation with all traits except awn length, fertile tillers, 1000 grain weight. Number of grain per plant and grain yield had the most correlation (0.92**). Number of grain per plant was the first trait that entered the model in stepwise regression. 1000 grain weight, spike length, plant height entered the model and explained 45 percent of grain yield variation. Result of path analysis showed that grain yield number of grain per plant had the most direct effect on grain yield (0.553). Regarding to the high correlation of grain number per plant with grain yield and high direct effect of this trait on grain yield, grain number could be used in breeding programs for yield improvement.
