چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، ﺗﻌﺪاد 96 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن (ﻧﺴﻞ F3 ) ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه واﻟﺪﻳﻦ (روﺷﻦ و ﻛﻮﻳﺮ) ، F1 وF2 در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻻﺗﻴﺲ در دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ وﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ1391-92ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﻫﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ ﺗﻨﺶ وﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ( وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ و ﺑﺪون ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ی 92و13ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی B و TOL ، ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ 59 و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎی MP، STI،GMP،HARM ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ 92، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺷﺎﺧﺺ YS و SSIژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ 52 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ ﻧﻤﺮه ی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ (STS) ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪ. 6,1 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ی F3 ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ واﻟﺪﻳﻦ از ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی 92 و 70 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺗﺮﻳﻦ و ﺣﺴﺎس ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation drought tolerance of 100 breed wheat (Triticum aestivum) genotypes using stress tolerance score (STS)

Abstract
In order to evaluate indicators of drought tolerance and identification of drought tolerant genotypes in bread wheat, 96 F3 families (resulting from cross Roshan and Kavir), parents, F1 and F2 progenies were cultivated based on lattice design under drought stress and normal conditions in field of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in growing season of 2012-2013. The results of ANOVA showed significant difference between genotypes for grain yield, normal and drought stress condition. Genotype 92 had the highest grain yield under drought stress condition, and genotype 13 had the highest grain yield under normal condition. Genotype 59 was recognized as the most drought tolerance genotype based on B and TOL, genotype 92 was recognized as the most drought tolerance genotype based on HARM, GMP, STI and MP, and genotype 52 was recognized as the most drought tolerance genotype based on YS and SSI. Finally, stress tolerance score (STS) was calculated. 6.1 percent of F3 family had higher STS than the average of parents. Genotypes 92 and 70 appeared to be the most drought tolerant and sensitive genotypes, respectively.
