بررسی مزیت اقتصادی کشت مخلوط زنیان (Carum copticum L.) و اسفرزه (Plantago ovate L.) در تاریخ‌های مختلف کاشت

چکیده
به منظور بررسی مزیت کشت مخلوط گیاه زنیان و اسفرزه در سطوح مختلف تاریخ کاشت ،آزمایشی به صورت طرح کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1391 اجرا شد. عامل اصلی آزمایش شامل دو تاریخ کاشت، 20 دی ماه (B1) و 20 بهمن ماه (B2) و شش سطح، کشت خالص زنیان C، کشت خالص اسفرزه C1، 25%اسفرزه+100% زنیانC2، 50%اسفرزه+100% زنیانC3، 75%اسفرزه+100% زنیانC4، 100% اسفرزه+100% زنیانC5، به عنوان عامل فرعی بودند. نتایج داده‌ها نشان داد که تاثیر کشت مخلوط بر عملکرد دانه دو گیاه، شاخص رقابت، نسبت برابری زمین و نسبت برابری زمین استاندارد معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه زنیان (36/230 گرم در متر مربع) و اسفرزه (94/53 گرم در متر مربع) از کشت خالص دو گیاه بدست آمد. اما نتایج نشان از سودمندی کشت مخلوط نسبت به تک کشتی هر یک از دو گونه داشت، به طوری که در کلیه تیمارهای مخلوط شاخص رقابت کمتر و نسبت برابری زمین (LER) و نسبت برابری زمین استاندارد (LERs) بیشتر از یک بود. تیمار C5 کمترین مقدار شاخص رقابت (07/0) و بیشترین مقدار LER (56/1) و LERs (41/1) را داشت. در تیمار مخلوط C5 مقدار LER نسبت به کشت خالص از برتری 57 درصدی برخوردار بود.

Abstract
In order to examine the advantages of intercropping Carum Copticum L. and Plantago Ovato L. plants at various stages of planting date, the experiment was split plot in a randomized complete block design with three replications was conducted in crop year 2013. The main factors tested included two planting dates, 20 January (B1) and 20 February (B2) and six levels of pure cultured Carum Copticum L. C, Plantago Ovato L. monoculture C1, 25% Plantago Ovato L. Carum Copticum L. +100% C2, 50% C3 Carum Copticum L. +100% Plantago Ovato L. 75% +100% Plantago Ovato L. and Carum Copticum L. C4, 100% +100% Plantago Ovato L. and Carum Copticum L. C5, were sub-plots. The results showed that the effect of intercropping on grain yield, plant competitiveness index, land equivalent ratio and LER were singnificantly. Most yield Carum Copticum L. (230.60 gr per m2) and Plantago Ovato L. (53.94 gr per m2) of pure cultures were obtained from two plants. But the results indicate the usefulness of mixed culture compared to monoculture of each species, All treatments were mixed so that the index is less competition and land equivalent ratio (LER) and LER standard (LERs) had more than one. C5 treatment lowest competitive index (0.07) and the highest value of LER (1.56) and LERs (1.41) were found. In the intercropping treatment C5, LER value was 57 percent compared to the pure culture of excellence.
