چکیده
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﻣﻌﻀﻞ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﮔﺴﺘﺮدﮔﻲ روز اﻓﺰون آن، ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﻲ در راﺳﺘﺎی ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ در ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﺳﻮرﮔﻮم ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای در ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﻃﺮق در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1389 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺪﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر، ﺗﻌﺪاد 64 ﻻﻳﻦ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺳﻮرﮔﻮم ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎی ﺑﻪﻧﮋادی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﺎت ﺳﻮرﮔﻮم در ﻣﺸﻬﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب، و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻻﺗﻴﺲ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﻜﺮار ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داداﺛﺮژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺑﺮﻣﺠﻤﻮع ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮدﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪ ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﻚ ﭼﻴﻦ اول و دوم در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻋﺪم و وﺟﻮد ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 1 ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ )STI(، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ )GMP( و ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻲ ) (MPﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺳﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﺷﻤﺎره 1، 20 و 36 ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺑﻬﺮهوری، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻫﻨﺪﺳﻲ و ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ در ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﺳﻮرﮔﻮم ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of drought tolerance in forage sorghum genotypes (Sorghum bicolor (L) Moench)

Abstract
In order to understand the effects of drought on forage yield of forage sorghum pure lines(Sorghum bicolor (L) Moench) an experiment was conducted on Torogh agriculture research center at 2010. The 64 genotypes of forage sorghum selected from sorghum breeding program in Mashhad. A simple lattice design (8×8) with tow replications was used to evaluate the fresh and dry mater yield as two important traits. The results showed that variance analysis of total fresh and dry fodder yield in 64 varieties in first and second harvest at normal and stress condition were significantly difference at 1% probability levels. Stress tolerance index (STI), geometric mean productivity (GMP) and mean productivity (MP) had positive and significant correlation with fodder yield in normal and drought conditions. Assessment of genotypes biased on drought indices showed that 1, 20 and 36 genotypes determined as the drought tolerance pure lines respectively . Also, stress tolerance index (STI), geometric mean productivity (GMP) and mean productivity (MP) indexes were determined as most appropriate indicators in evaluation of drought tolerance in forage sorghum genotypes.
