بررسی اثر هیدروپرایمینگ بر خصوصیات جوانه زنی دو رقم پنبه در فارس

To evaluate the effect of hydro priming on two varieties of cotton germination traits, the experiment was done in Fars department of seed and plant certification and registration laboratory in 1390, the Experimental design was randomized complete design with 3 replications. The experimental factors were including hydro priming (control, 8, 16, 24 and 32h) and bean cultivars (Bakhtegan and Golestan). The results show that the effect of hydro priming on seed germination, coleoptile length, radicle length, fresh weight of coleoptile and radicle, was significant.The most seed germination was belong to Golestan cultivar and the least was in Bakhtegan. The best hydroprime treatment was in 32h that had not significant difference with 24h. About reciprocal effect, the best treatment in seed germination was in Golestan cultivar and 16h hydro prime. The results of this evaluation show that the use of hydropriming in cotton cultivar can increases germination and seedling establishment in field.
