چکیده
اﺳﺘﻮﻳﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻧﺎم ﻋﻠﻤﻲ Stevia rebaudiana ﻳﻜﻲ از اﻧﻮاع ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ و ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻲ ﺑﻮده ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﻴﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﻴﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺛﺎﻧﻮﻳﻪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻮﻳﻮزاﻳﺪ دارای ﻣﺼﺎرف ﻣﺘﻌﺪد ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ و ﺧﻮراﻛﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻌﺪد از ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﻠﺸﻲ ﺳﻴﻦ در ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪه در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ MS ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ، 25، 125 و 250 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ) 24، 48 و 72 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ MS ﺑﺮای ﺻﻔﺎت ﻃﻮل ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ روز در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ در ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﻳﻚ درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ در ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ی ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 125 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻛﻠﺸﻲ ﺳﻴﻦ ﺑﻮد. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻃﻮل ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 125 در روز ﺳﻮم ﺑﺮﺗﺮ از ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 9/433 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ، 6/4 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ و 42/273 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﺘﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ.

Effect of Colchicine on the Leaf Area of Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)

Abstract
Stevia rebaudiana is one of the variety of medical and industrial plants due to the production of secondary metabolites such as stevioside has several medical and food application. this study applies the multiple treatments of various concentrations of colchicine in plants grown on MS medium with different concentrations of zero, 25, 125 and 250 milligrams per liter and different time periods (24, 48, and 72 h). Assessment plants in MS medium for leaf length, leaf width and leaf area were measured. Analysis of variation showed that the interaction of time in concentration in all traits were significant 1% probability level. Comparison of treatment means in all the studied traits showed that the superiority of colchicine concentration in 125 milligrams per liter. Leaf length, leaf width and leaf area on the third day 125 concentrations were higher than other treatments respectively 9.433 mm, 6.4 mm and 42.273 sq. mm was achieved.
