چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر ﻛﺪوﺳﺒﺰ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح
ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری در ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ، 3، 6، 9، 12دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( و ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻳﻚ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚاﺳﻴﺪ )250 ﻗﺴﻤﺖ در ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت24ﺳﺎﻋﺖ(، ﻧﻴﺘﺮاتﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ )0/2 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( و ﻫﻴﺪورﭘﺮاﭘﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺟﺪول وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ)8/13 و وﻳﮕﻮر ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ 2/68(
در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. در ﻣﻮرد ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ 7/19 و وﻳﮕﻮر ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ )2/43 در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری ﺻﻔﺮ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻴﺎهﭼﻪ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری 9 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲﺑﺮﻣﺘﺮ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺷﻮری و ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮای ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻴﺎهﭼﻪﻫﺎی ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮریﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻴﺎهﭼﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری3 دﺳﻲ زﻣﻴﻨﺲﺑﺮﻣﺘﺮ)22/33 و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ 1/37 روز( ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﻴﺶﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚاﺳﻴﺪ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری ﺻﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل و250 ﻗﺴﻤﺖ در ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮن ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺣﺼﻮل ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.

Effect of priming on germination zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) under salt stress

Abstract
The experiments to evaluate the effects of priming on seed germination Cucurbita pepo salinity levels conditions were carried out. Factorial experiments were in a completely randomized design (CRD) in three
replications. Treatments was include salinity at five levels (zero, 3, 6, 9, 12 ds.m-1) and includes a level
control and pre-treatment at levels of GA3 (250 parts per million to 24 hours), KNO3 (0.2% for 24 hours) and
Hydro prime (H2O) (to 24 hours). Cucurbita pepo Seeds treated before and after drying at 25°C, EC were exposed for 10 day. The result of Analysis of variance table showed that the effect of priming and salinity levels on treatments on evaluated traits was significant. Mean Comparisons of the results showed that the
most variance germination (8.13) and germination vigor (2.68) was obtained in the control condition. The
salinity levels maximum variation in germination (7.19) and germination vigor (2.43) and the largest number
of plant non-normal on salinity levels (10.91) in the salinity of 9 ds.m-1 was observed. The interaction of
salinity and priming for a number of normal seedlings and mean germination time was significant, so that the greatest number of normal plant conditions related to control salinity level of 3 ds.m-1 (22.33) and the lowest mean germination time (1.37 day) pre-treatment of GA3 and salinity levels were zero d.m-1 was observed. In general, actions controlled conditions and 250 parts per million of GA3 for 24 hours to ensure the highest germination characteristics is recommended.
