چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺗﺮ وﺧﺸﻚ، ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻏﺪه دو رﻗﻢ ﺷﻠﻐﻢ ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪ ای) Brassica
rapa L.( ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﭘﺎﻳﻴﺰ ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1390-91 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ ﻣﻮﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﺑﺮﻧﺞ ﻛﺸﻮر اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﭘﻮدری )اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻳﺎ ﻋﺪم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده(، ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی اﻛﺴﻴﺪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﮔﻮﮔﺮد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس ﻳﺎ ﻋﺪم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آن(، ﻛﻮد ﻓﺴﻔﺮ) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻳﺎ ﻋﺪم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده( و دو رﻗﻢ ﺷﻠﻐﻢ ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪ ای)white
purpleو white globe ( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻛﻮد ﻓﺴﻔﺮ، ﮔﻮﮔﺮد ﭘﻮدری و ﺑﺎﻛﺘﺮی ﺗﻴﻮﺑﺎﺳﻴﻠﻮس ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ارﺗﻔﺎع و ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﻚ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ درﺻﺪ ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﻚ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻫﻀﻢ، ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﻠﻮل در آب و ﻓﻴﺒﺮ ﺧﺎم ﻏﺪه ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از آن اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ راه ﺣﻞ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻲ و در ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻴﻂ زﻳﺴﺖ در اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﻮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺟﺬب ﻛﺮدن ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺧﺎک ﺑﺮای ﮔﻴﺎه اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻛﻪ از ﻣﺼﺮف ﺑﻲ روﻳﻪ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻴﺰمی ﻛﺎﻫﺪ.

Effect of Thiobacillus bacteria on Yield, morphological and tuber quality of two varieties of forage turnips (Brassica rapa L.)

Abstract
To study the effects on performance of Thiobacillus more dry, morphological and tuber quality of two varieties of forage turnips, experiment with a randomized complete block design with three replications at the research farm of Rice Research Institute 91-1390 fall crop year run were. Factors examined include sulfur powder (use or non-use), sulfur-oxidizing bacteria (Thiobacillus use or non-use) of phosphorus fertilizer (use or non-use) and two varieties of forage turnips (white purple and white globe) were. Results showed that treatments with phosphorus and sulfur bacteria Thiobacillus significant increase in height and stem diameter, fresh and dry performance and increased dry matter digestibility, water soluble carbohydrates and crude fiber and lowest in the control treatment were tumor was. The results indicate that reasonable solutions and interact with the environment in the use of bio-fertilizers and absorb nutrients from the soil to the plant, which also reduces the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers.
