چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ و روی ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﻣﺮزه آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل 1392 ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﺮاﻏﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ )ﻋﺪم ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬور، ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﭘﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﭘﻼس( و ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی )ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ، 2/5 و 5 درﻫﺰار( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻛﻮدﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ و روی ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻴﺎه، درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺸﻚ ﻣﺮزه در ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺳﻮﭘﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﭘﻼس ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اﺧﺘﻼف 22/6
درﺻﺪی داﺷﺖ. در ﻣﻮرد درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻫﺮدو ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ و ﺳﻮﭘﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﭘﻼس ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻘﺪار آﻧﻬﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 2/5 در ﻫﺰار و ﻳﺎ 5 درﻫﺰار ﺑﺪون ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺗﻤﺎم ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی 5 در ﻫﺰار و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮﭘﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﭘﻼس، ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ روی 2/5 در ﻫﺰار و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ روی 5 در ﻫﺰار و ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ 35/5 درﺻﺪی ﻣﻘﺪار اﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮزه ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of bio-fertilizers application and zinc on yield and essential oil of savory

Abstract
In order to study the effect of bio-fertilizers and zinc on yield and essential oil of savory herbs an experiment was conducted as a randomized complete block design with three replications at the Agricultural Research Station, University of Maragheh in 2013. Treatments were bio-fertilizers (non-inoculated seeds, seeds inoculated with Nitroxin and seeds inoculated with Super nitro plus) and foliar application of plants with zinc sulfate (0, 2.5 and 5 per thousand cocentrations). Results showed that the effect of bio-fertilizers and zinc on yield, essential oil content and essential oil yield were significant. The highest dry yield of savory obtained from seed inoculation with Super nitro plus that had 22.6 % diffrences with control. About essential oil and essential oil yield both Nitroxin and Super nitro plus bio-fertilizers led to increases in the values compared to control. Zinc foliar application treatments with concentrations of 2.5 or 5 per thousand with no significant differences with each other increased all traits were studied. The maximum essential oil percentage obtained from zinc foliar application 5 per thousand with Super nitro plus seeds incubation, 2.5 per thousand with Nitroxin seeds incubation and 5 per thousand with Nitroxin seed inculcation, respectively. These treatments increased essential oil of savory an average 35.5% compared to control.
