چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻴﺎه داروﻳﻲ ﺑﺎدرﺷﺒﻲ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪای ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/5،1 و 1/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﻤﻚ )NaCl( در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ، 2/5 و 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﺑﺮ روی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺪون ﺷﻮری )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( و ﺷﻮری 2/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺑﺮگ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﻮری 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﻤﺘﺮ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ. اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺷﻮری و ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮگ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮﻳﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺷﻮری ﺻﻔﺮ و اﻓﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻛﺮدن ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﺻﻔﺮ، ﻧﻴﻢ و ﻳﻚ ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ و ﻛﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ آن ﺑﻪ ﺷﻮری 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﺪون اﻓﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻛﺮدن ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻮد. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﺷﻮری 2/5 و 5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﺪون اﻓﺸﺎﻧﻪ ﻛﺮدن ﺑﺎ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻮﺗﻪ را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﻴﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻴﺶﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ ﺑﺮگ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑﺪون ﺷﻮری و 2/5 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﻣﻮس ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺳﺎﻟﻴﺴﻴﻠﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Effect of salicylic acid on yield of moldavian balm under saline stress conditions

Abstract
In order to study the effect of salicylic acid on yield of moldavian balm under saline stress conditions a greenhouse experiment was conducted as a factorial based on completely randomized design with 3 replications. The first factor was different concentrations of salicylic acid application at 4 levels of 0, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mM, and the second factor was different concentrations of salt (NaCl) at 3 levels of 0, 2.5 and 5 mM/cm. Salicylic acid treated by spraying on plants. Results showed that the effect of salinity on leaf number was significant. The highest number of leaves obtained by 2 treatments of 0 (control) and 2/5 mM/cm salinity, and the minimum number of leaves was observed in 5 mM/cm salinity. The interaction effect of salinity and salicylic acid on plant height, amount of chlorophyll and yield was significant. The maximum plant height obtained from irrigation level of 0 mM/cm salinity with 0, 0.5 and 1 mM salicylic acid foliar application, and the lowest plant height belonged to salinity of 5 mM/cm without SA application. Treatments of 2.5 and 5 mM/cm salinity without spray with salicylic acid had the lowest yield compared to other treatments. The highest amount of chlorophyll belonged to irrigation treatments of 0 and 2.5 mM/cm salinity with spraying of different amounts of salicylic acid.
