چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ 9 رﻗﻢ ﺟﻮ دﻳﻢ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 92- 1391 در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ دﻳﻠﻤﺎن )ﮔﻴﻼن( و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﺗﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ از اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد، ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﻴﺮﻧﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﺟﻮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﺟﻮ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ،و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺳﺎﻗﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻧﻴﻚ، ﻣﺘﻤﺎﻳﺰ از ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻮد. دو رﻗﻢ Yea/168 و Tarm92 ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﻴﺶ از 2 ﻫﺰار ﮔﺮم در ﻛﺮت، از ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی ﭘﺮﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار و ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﭘﺮ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺻﻔﺖ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه، ﻣﻨﻔﻲ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. در ﻣﻌﺎدﻟﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﺑﻪ روش ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم، دو ﺻﻔﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﺖ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور و ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﻧﻴﺰ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ از ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻏﻴﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰایش عملکرد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﺟﻮ ﻣﻮﺛﺮﻧﺪ.

Evaluation of barley yield and its relationship with yield components in Deilaman (Guilan)

Abstract
In this study, nine cultivars of barley were cultivated in a Deilaman dry land (Guilan) in a randomized complete block design with three replications and surveyed in 2012-2013 crop seasons to grain yield, biological yield and some yield components comparison. ANOVA analysis showed that the barley spike length and plant height were significantly different in cultivars. Means comparison showed that the “local barley” for spike length “Nik” cultivar for plant height were distinct from other genotypes. Tarm92 and Yea/168 two cultivars with biological yield over than two thousand grams per plot, as high yielding genotypes were identified. Significantly correlation between 1000 seed weight and biological yield, plant height and grain yield were positive, whereas correlation between the number of filled grains per spike and 1000 grain weight, number of spike and plant height were negative. The biological yield equation estimated with step by step regression method. Both of grain yield and harvest index were in that equation with high regression coefficients. Path analysis also indicated that grain yield and harvest index directly and number of fertile tillers and spike length through the grain yield, and 1000 grain weight through the plant height, were effective on the biological yield increasing indirectly.
