چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ 14 ﻻﻳﻦ و رﻗﻢ ﮔﻨﺪم دﻳﻢ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 92- 1391 در دﻳﻠﻤﺎن )ﮔﻴﻼن( و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ از ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت زراﻋﻲ )ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور، ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﭘﺮدرﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ،ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺳﺎﻗﻪ، ﻃﻮل دوره ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ( و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﻴﻦ داﻧﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ، اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺗﻮﻛﻲ 5%(، 3 ﻻﻳﻦ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﺶ از 320 ﮔﺮم در ﻛﺮت را ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻤﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ دو ﻻﻳﻦ ﭘﺮﻣﺤﺼﻮل و رﻗﻢ آذر2، ﻣﺘﻤﺎﻳﺰ از ﺑﻘﻴﻪ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار، ﺑﻴﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور و ﻃﻮل دوره ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪن داﻧﻪ و ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ و ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﻴﻦ وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ ﭘﺮ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رواﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای آن ﺑﺎ رﮔﺮﺳﻴﻮن ﺳﺎده، ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﺖ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد داﻧﻪ در ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، وزن ﻫﺰار داﻧﻪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور و ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ارﻗﺎم ﮔﻨﺪم ﻣﻮﺛﺮﻧﺪ.

Study of grain yield and some agronomic traits of wheat genotypes in Deilaman region (Guilan)

Abstract
In this study, 14 lines and cultivars of wheat were cultivated in Deilaman (Guilan) at 91-92 in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Yield and some agronomic characteristics (number of fertile tillers, spike length, number of seeds Per spike, seed weight, plant height, grain filling period) and grain protein were examined. The results showed that the grain yield of genotypes, there were differences significantly. Mean comparison of grain yield (Tukey, 5%), 3 lines had performances to more than 320 g per plot. Mean comparison of 1000 grain weight showed that two high yielding lines and Azar 2 were distinct from other genotypes. The highest significant positive correlation was between the number of fertile tillers and grain filling duration and the highest significant negative correlation was obtained between 1000 seed weight and number of filled grains per spike. Relationship between yield and its components with simple and multiple regressions and also the path analysis of data showed that the number of grains per spike, 1000 seed weight and plant height as directly and fertile tillers number and spike length as indirectly increase grain yield wheat were effective.
