چکیده
ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت آﻟﻠﻮﭘﺎﺗﻴﻚ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن، ﻳﻜﻲ از راﻫﻜﺎرﻫﺎی اﻛﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ و ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺸﻒ ﻋﻠﻒ ﻛﺶ ﻫﺎی زﻳﺴﺘﻲ و ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪه ﻫﺎی رﺷﺪ ﺷﻮد. ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ آﻟﻠﻮﭘﺎﺗﻴﻚ ﻋﺼﺎره اﻟﻜﻠﻲ ﻫﻨﺪواﻧﻪ اﺑﻮﺟﻬﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﺧﺮﻓﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻋﻠﻒ ﻫﺮز و ﮔﻴﺎﻫﻲ داروﻳﻲ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻮد. ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﺎی اﻟﻜﻠﻲ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻫﻨﺪواﻧﻪ اﺑﻮﺟﻬﻞ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ رﻳﺸﻪ، ﺳﺎﻗﻪ، ﻣﻴﻮه در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ)آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ(، 0/25 و 0/5 و 0/75 و 1 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎر ﺑﺮده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻋﺼﺎره اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی ﻫﻨﺪواﻧﻪ اﺑﻮﺟﻬﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ داﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره اﻟﻜﻠﻲ، ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و رﺷﺪﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ،ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ،ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪ ﭼﻪ،ﻃﻮل ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ،وزن ﺗﺮ،ﺿﺮﻳﺐ آﻟﻮﻣﺘﺮﻳﻚ،ﻧﺮخ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ در آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﻋﺼﺎره اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻫﻨﺪواﻧﻪ اﺑﻮﺟﻬﻞ، اﺛﺮات ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻣﺬﻛﻮر ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ و ﻋﺼﺎره 0/75و1 درﺻﺪ دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﻋﺼﺎره اﻟﻜﻠﻲ اﻧﺪام ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻫﻨﺪواﻧﻪ اﺑﻮﺟﻬﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور و رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﺧﺮﻓﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪﮔﻲ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.

STUDY OF ALLELOPATHIC EFFECTS OF AERAL EXTRACT OF Citrullus (Citrullus colocynthis L.) ON SEED GERMINATION INDICATORS AND SEEDLING GROWTH OF Portulaca (Portulaca oleracea L.)

Abstract
The study of allelopathic properties of plants is one of up-to-date biological and ecological methods, which can lead to discover the bio-herbicides and growth inhibitors. In order to study the allelopathic effects of Citrullus (Citrullus colocynthis L.) on seed germination and seedling growth on Portulaca (Portulaca oleracea L.), these experiments were conducted. The extracts of Citrullus different organs including fruit, stem and root were applied at five concentration levels (0 as control, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1%) through a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with three replications. The results showed that different organ extracts had different negative effects on seed germination and seedling growth of the species in such a way that fruit extracts had the highest inhibitory effect. With increasing extract concentrations of Citrullus, the seed germination and seedling growth of the species was reduced significantly. The minimum amount of seed germination and growth of the seedlings were observed at 1% extracts concentration of fruit. Also, Portulaca seedlings appeared to be more sensitive to Citrullus extracts seedlings. The extracts of Citrullus different organs had inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedlings growth of Portulaca. Also, the highest inhibitory effects were related to fruit extracts.
