چکیده
ﻫﺮﭼﻨﺪ ﻧﻴﺎز آﺑﻲ زﻋﻔﺮان ﻧﺴﺒﺘﺎ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ اﺳﺖ وﻟﻲ ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺖ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﻚ درﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی آن ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﻣﻴﮕﺬارد.ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺎﻟﭻ و آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﮔﻴﺎه زﻋﻔﺮان ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭼﻬﺎرﺳﺎﻟﻪ زﻋﻔﺮان واﻗﻊ در ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن داروﻳﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﺎﻫﺪ واﻗﻊ در ﺗﻬﺮان در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 93- 1392 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻛﺮتﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ و در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. آﺑﻴﺎری ﻛﺮت ﻫﺎی زﻋﻔﺮان در 15 ﻣﺮداد )A ( و ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﮔﻴﺎه ﭘﻮﺷﺸﻲ ﻛﺪو( B )( در 3 ﺳﻄﺢ )75، 50 و 100 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﻣﺘﺮ( در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻛﻪ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺎﻓﺮﻧﺎل و ﻛﺮوﺳﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار داﺷﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎﻧﻪ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از)ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﻛﺪو ﻣﺎﻟﭻ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻞ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻞ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار داﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب آﺑﻴﺎری وﮔﻴﺎه ﭘﻮﺷﺸﻲ و اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آن را ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ زﻋﻔﺮان را ﺑﻪ اﺛﺒﺎت رﺳﺎﻧﺪ.

Abstract
Although needing of water in Crocus sativus L is relatively low, but the water stress has the negative effect on dry matter operation and thereby directly on its economic performance.
The purpose of this experiment was to investigation of the effect of Summer mulch and irrigation on the quantitative and qualitative of crocus sativus L.This experiment is done on the four year’s old farm in center of herb research Tehran Shahed University in the crop year2013.
The distribution of plot in three times is done based on randomized complete blocks design.
The irrigation of crocus sativus L (A) and the implantation density of cover crop (squash ) (B) at three levels ( 75 , 50 and 100 cm) was considered in jul15.The results show that the summer irrigation had a significant effect on the crocin and Safrnal parameters, and also the mutual effect of summer irrigation and using of ( cover squash ) mulch had a significant effect on the flowers number and dried up flowers
weight.The results of this research show the good effect of irrigation and coverage herb and their mutual effect on some quantitative and qualitative properties of crocus sativus L were proved.
