چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮﻫﺎی ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ارﻗﺎم ﻣﻘﺎوم و ﺣﺴﺎس ﺑﻮﻣﻲ ﮔﻨﺪم، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪای ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ و ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ارﻗﺎم ﺑﻮﻣﻲ و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮری)7، 14، 21 دﺳﻲزﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻳﻚ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻚﻫﺎی NaCl و CaCl2 و ﺑﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻣﻮﻟﻲ 1:20 ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪﻧﺪ. ﺻﻔﺎت وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ 10 روز ﺑﻌﺪ از ﮔﺮده اﻓﺸﺎﻧﻲ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﻮری وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﻮری 21 دﺳﻲزﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ را ﺑﺮ ﮔﻴﺎه داﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎی KC4862 و KC4604 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮی از ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ KC4551 دارای ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان وزن ﺻﺪ داﻧﻪ ﺑﻮد.

Nacl salinity efeect on yield and its related traits in Iranian Wheat landraces

Abstract
To study the effects of salinity on yield and its related traits of native resistant varieties of wheat, a factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replication. Genotypes and three salinity levels including (controls, 7,14,21 dS/m) were considered as the first and the second factors, Of seed weight and seed yield were recorded at 10 days after pollination. The results indicated that with increasing salinity, the number of seed weight and seed yield decreased in salinity of 21 dS/m has negative impact on plant. the results showed that the genotype KC4862 and KC4604 had respectively higher amounts of grain. The genotype KC4551 The highest number of grains per spike and seed weight, respectively.
