چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻧﺎﻧﻮذرات و ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﺑﺮﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ در ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺗﻜﺮار در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﻲ واﺣﺪ اراک اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ،ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 600 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی،ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 600 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 0/5 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات،ﭘﺮﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ 600 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی، ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ600 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 0/5ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی ، ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی، ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 0/5ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات روی ﺑﻮد. ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ از ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ روی ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﻪ از ﺳﻄﺢ زﻣﻴﻦ ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ، وزن ﻃﺒﻖ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ، و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﺎدل2856/3 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم درﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ 600 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﮔﺮم ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﻲ 2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﺎت روی ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ 90/42درﺻﺪ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ

In order to The survey effect of seedpriming and foliar application with nanoparticle and zinc sulphate on grain yield and biological yield in safflower an experiment was carried based on RCBD in slamic azad university with four replications. Treatments composed of without priming(control), seed priming with distillate water, seed priming with 300 ppm zinc sulphate, seed priming with 300 ppm zinc sulphate + foliar application with 2 g.L, seed priming with 600 ppm zinc sulphate, seed priming with 600 ppm zinc sulphate + foliar application with 2 g.L, seed priming with 300 ppm nano particle, seed priming with 300 ppm nano particle + foliar application with 0.5 g.L, seed priming with 600 ppm nano particle, seed priming with 600 ppm nano particle + foliar application with 0.5 g.L, control+ foliar application with 0.5 g.L and control+ foliar application with 2 g.L. The foliar application was done before flowering. The results showed that seed priming with different sources of zinc on height plant, height of first branch from ground, Number of sub-branch, head weight per plant, yield biological and grain yield was significant, The maximum of grain yield equal to 2856.3 kg/ ha was record from seed priming with 600 ppm zinc sulphate along with foliar application with 2 g.L that increased by 90.42% as compared with control.
