چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﻣﻜﺎن ﺧﻮدﺑﺎروری، ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺲروی ﺧﻮﻳﺶآﻣﻴﺰی و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آن در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی اﺻﻼﺣﻲ ﻳﻮﻧﺠﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 14 اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ و رﻗﻢ ﻳﻮﻧﺠﻪ از ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﻴﺎﻳﻲ اﻳﺮان و ﻫﻤﻴﻨﻄﻮر ﻛﺸﻮرﻫﺎی دﻳﮕﺮ در ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻮر 1387 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﻣﺆﺳﺴﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت اﺻﻼح و ﺗﻬﻴﻪ ﻧﻬﺎل و ﺑﺬر ﻛﺮج ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﺮﺗﺮ، ﺧﻮد ﺑﺎروری ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ دﺳﺖ و در زﻳﺮ ﻗﻔﺲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ، ﺑﺬر ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺧﻮدﺑﺎروری ﻫﺮ ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ و رﻗﻢ از ﻧﺴﻞ اول ﺧﻮدﮔﺸﻨﻲ در ﺳﺎل ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﻣﺠﺪا ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﻫﺎی ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺧﻮدﺑﺎروری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﭘﺲروی ﺧﻮﻳﺶآﻣﻴﺰی، ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ دو ﺳﺎل ﺧﻮدﺑﺎروری ﺑﺎ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن اوﻟﻴﻪ در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﺎل 1390ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﻳﻮﻧﺠﻪ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺧﻮدﺑﺎروری ﻋﻜﺲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوﺗﻲ دارﻧﺪ و اﺛﺮات اﻳﻨﺒﺮﻳﺪﻳﻨﮓ در ﻳﻮﻧﺠﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺳﺮﻳﻊ وﻳﮕﻮر و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻮد، ﭘﺲ روی ﺧﻮﻳﺸﺎوﻧﺪی اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ در ﻧﺴﻞ ﻫﺎی ﺧﻮد ﮔﺸﻨﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪه ﺗﺎﺋﻴﺪ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﭘﺲروی در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖﻫﺎ رخ داده اﺳﺖ اﻣﺎ در اراﻗﺎم و اﻛﻮﺗﻴﭗﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﺎ ﻓﺮاواﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ رخ ﻣﻲ دﻫﺪ.

Evaluation of selfing in some alfalfa ecotypes and cultivars

Abstract
In order to investigate the possibility of selfing, inbreeding depresion and its use in alfalfa breeding programs, 14 ecotypes and cultivars from different geographical regions of Iran and other countries in september 2008 were cultivated at Seed and Plant Improvement Institute, Iran, Karaj, and superior individuals were selected and selected plants were selfed by hand under cages. Seed from the first generation of selfing of each ecotype and cultivar were planted and superior individuals were selfed in the following year. Then for assessment of inbreeding deppresion, projenies from two years of selfing and the original plants were compared in a randomized complete block design experimnet in 2011. The results indicated that alfalfa ecotypes and cultivars had different reactions to selfing and effects of inbreeding depression included rapid decline in vigor seed production. The rate of observed inbreeding deppresion based on dry matter yield in selfed generation is confirmed that depression were occurred in all populations but in ecotypes and cultivars with narrow genetic background occured with greater frequency.
