چکیده
ﺳﺎده ﺗﺮﻳﻦ روش ﺑﻪﮔﺰﻳﻨﻲ ارﻗﺎم ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ، ﮔﺰﻳﻨﺶ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ اﺳﺖ. وﻟﻲ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ،ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﺑﺮای ﻏﺮﺑﺎل ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ و ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺑﺮ ﻧﻤﺮهی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ در 100 ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﮔﻨﺪم ﻧﺎن، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﺎﻫﻨﺮ ﻛﺮﻣﺎن در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺮای اﻛﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﻴﻜﻲ ﺧﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﻴﭗ ﻫﺎ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺻﻔﺎت ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺗﻨﺶ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ، ،ﻃﻮل ﺳﻨﺒﻠﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪادﭘﻨﺠﻪ ﺑﺎرور و ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ ﭘﺮﭼﻢ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ وﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺎ ﻧﻤﺮه ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ **r=0,26** ،r=0,38** ،r=0,45** ،r=0,78** ،r=0,83( داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺗﻨﺶ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ وﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺎ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه)*r=0,22( داﺷﺖ درﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﮔﻴﺎه و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﻏﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ -r= ( ﺑﻮد. ﺑﺮا ی ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮔﺰﻳﻨﺶ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻤﺮهی ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ تنش همبستگی ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری دارﻧﺪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﻮد.

The effect of some morpho-physiological traits on stress tolerance score in 100 breed wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) genotypes

Abstract
Grain yield is the easiest criterion for selection of drought tolerance varieties in stress condition. However, stress tolerance score is better index for screening drought tolerance genotyspe. In order to evaluate the effect of some important physiologic and morphologic trait on stress tolerance score of 100 breed wheat genotypes an experiment was carried out during the 2012 in research field of Shahid Bahonar university of Kerman based on a completely randomized block design with four replications. Result showed significant diversity for the most traits. Stress tolerance score had positive and significant correlation with yield in drought stress condition, potential yield, spike length, fertile tiller number, flag leaf width (r=0.83** , r=0.78**, r=0.45** , r=0.38**, r=0.26** , respectively). Plant height had positive and significant correlation with grain yield in drought stress condition (r=0.22*) while, plant height had not significant correlation with yield in well watered condition (r= - 0.1ns). Selection based on traits that have significant correlation with stress tolerance score could improve the grain yield in drought prone environments.
