چکیده
اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ اﺛﺮات ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬر اﺳﭙﻨﺪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری )EC ﺻﻔﺮ،7 ، 14، 21، 28 دﺳﻲ زﻳﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮﻣﺘﺮ( و ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ، ﺑﺬور ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ 0/2 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 72 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ(، ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ )500 ﻗﺴﻤﺖ در ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮن ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ، آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ )ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( و ﺑﺪون ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺑﻮد. ﺳﻄﻮح ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻤﻚ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ اﻳﺠﺎد ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺮای ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ ﻫﻢ از روش ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اول ﺑﺬور ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪن، در دﻣﺎی 25 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﮕﺮاد ﺧﺸﻚ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت دو ﻫﻔﺘﻪ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺷﻮری اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری ﺑﺮ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ ﻫﺎی ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺠﻪ داﺷﺖ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺷﻮری، ﻣﻘﺪار ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار اﺳﺖ(p<% 1). در ﺑﻴﻦ اﻳﻦ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ، ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ را ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ و ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ و ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﻧﻴﺰسبب اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ

Study of harmala (Peganum harmala L) Germination attribes and Seed Vigur under saline stress by Osmopriming accelerators Pretreatment

This investigation was conducted to evaluate the effects of the Osmopriming on seed germination of harmala , under saline stress condition. The design of the experiment was a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with three replications. The experimental factors were five level of salinity by natural salt (0, 7, 14, 21, 28 ds.m-1), and four primed seed levels Kno3 (0.2 %, 72 hours), GA (500 ppm, 48 hours), hydro priming (water distiller, 24 hours) and control. At the first stage harmala were immersed in one level of Osmopriming treatment then dried and next treated by saline stress for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. Then the seeds were distilled by saline at 25 °C and subjected to saline stress treatments for two week. Results showed that salinity had a significant effect on the characteristics of seedling and with increased salinity, reduced germination parameters. Also, effects of priming on traits were significant (p <% 1). In the treatments of pre-treated, the most positive effect was in potassium nitrate and gibberellic acid on the germination rate and the average duration of gibberellic acid on germination of levels of salinity. Potassium nitrate pretreatment also increased the number of normal seedlings.
