چکیده
ﺳﻮروف )Echinochloa spp ( از ﻋﻠﻒﻫﺎی ﻫﺮز ﻣﻬﻢ در ﺑﺴﻴﺎری از ﻣﺰارع و ﺑﺎﻏﺎت ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶﻫـﺎ ی ﻫﺎﻟﻮﻛﺴﻲﻓﻮپآرﻣﺘﻴﻞ )ﺳﻮﭘﺮﮔﺎﻻﻧﺖ(، ﻧﻴﻜﻮﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮرون )ﻛﺮوز( و ﻛﻠﺘﻮدﻳﻢ ﺳﻠﻜﺖ( ﺑـﺮ ﺑﺮﺧـ ﻲ ﺻـﻔﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟـﻮژ ﻳﻜﻲ و ﻣﻮرﻓﻮﻟـﻮ ﮋﻳﻜـﻲ ﻋﻠﻒﻫﺮز ﺳﻮروف، 3 آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﺠﺰای ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ دز ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧـﻪ ای در ﺳـﺎل1392 در ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶ ﻧﻴﺰ 6 دز ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ 0، 6/25، 12/5، 25، 50 و100 درﺻـﺪ از دز ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﺷﺪه ﻫﺮ ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻧﻮع ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶ ﺻـﻔﺎت ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴـ ﻞ )SPAD(، ﺑﻴﺸﻴﻨﻪ ﻓﻠﻮرﺳﺎﻧﺲ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ )Fms(، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﻮاﻧﺘﻮﻣﻲ ﻓﺘﻮﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ 2، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﭘﻨﺠﻪ در ﮔﻠﺪان و ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ارﺗﻔـﺎع ﺑﻮﺗـﻪ ﻛـ ﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺖ، اﻣﺎ ﻓﻠﻮرﺳﺎﻧﺲ اوﻟﻴﻪ )Fs( ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ در ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳـ ﻲ،ﺑﻴﻦ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎی 50 و 100 درﺻﺪ ﻋﻠﻒﻛﺶ، اﺧﺘﻼف آﻣﺎری ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ، از اﻳﻦ رو ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ رﺳﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد 50 درﺻـﺪ دز ﺗﻮﺻـ ﻴﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪای در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮔﻠﺨﺎﻧﻪای ﻋﻠﻒﻫﺮز ﺳﻮروف ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﻢ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد.

Investigation of Some Morpho-physiological Traits in Response to the Haloxyfop R methyl, Nicosulfuron and Celthodim Herbicides in Barnyard-grass ( Echinochloa-cruss galli L. )

Barnyard-grass (Echinochloa crus-galli L.) is one of the important types of weed growing in most of gardens and plants. The purpose of this experiment is to determine the effective dose of Haloxyfop R methyl (Galant super), Nicosulfuron (Cruz) and Celthodim (Select)herbicides on the Barnyard-grass with the help of physiological and morphological factors under greenhouse condition. In order to three separate experiments were conducted with the completely randomized design (CRD) method for three replication and six levels of 0, 6.25, 12.5, 50 and 100 percent for each herbicide regarding its recommended dose. Results showed that with the increase of the dose of all three herbicides the chlorophyll index, maximum fluorescent, quantum yield of PSΠ, number of tiller in the pot and average plant height had significant decrease while the initial fluorescence (Fs) was not affected by the types of herbicides. In general for must of studied characteristics, in range of 50 to 100 percent dose of each herbicide statistical differences were not observed. Accordingly it shows that the implication of 50 percent of the recommended dose for field condition can be applicable for the greenhouse study of Barnyard-grass.
