چکیده
ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل و آﻫﻦ ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻟﻮﺑﻴﺎ از آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 92 در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن رودﺳﺮ واﻗﻊ در اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﻴﻼن ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 10، 20 و 30 درﺻﺪ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ( و ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺼﺮف آﻫﻦ در 4 ﺳﻄﺢ )0، 2، 4 و 6 در ﻫﺰار( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲﻫﺎ 2 ﺑﺎر ﻃﻲ ﻓﺼﻞ رﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ 10 روز ﺑﺮ روی ﻗﺴﻤﺖﻫﺎی ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ﺑﻮﺗﻪﻫﺎی ﻟﻮﺑﻴﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ از: ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﺻﺪداﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﺻﺪداﻧﻪ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ،ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری داﺷﺖ و ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ آﻫﻦ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺮ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، وزن ﺻﺪداﻧﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل و آﻫﻦ ﻧﻴﺰ در ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ، ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد. ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار 20 درﺻﺪ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻟﻮﺑﻴﺎ 928/3 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮلﭘﺎﺷﻲ 20 درﺻﺪ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮل ﺑﺎ 6 درﻫﺰار آﻫﻦ ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.

Abstract
In order to study the effect of methanol and iron foliar on growth and yield of bean a factorial experiment with the base design of random is complete block design with three replications was conducted in roudsar city, 2013. Amounts of methanol with 4 levels(0, 10, 20 and 30 v/v) factorialzed with amounts of Iron with 4 levels(0, 2, 4 and 6 g/lit). Methanol and Iron has bean done foliar 2 times with 10 days gap during the growing season. And following charactristics were Meausred: plant height, 100 seed weight, dry pod yield, Biological yield, harvest index. The analysis of variance showed methanol foliar was significant difference between plant height, 100 seed weight, dry seed yield Biological yield, harvest index.And iron foliar was significant difference between plant height, 100 seed weight. The analysis of variance indicated that foliar of methanol had significant effects on dry seed yield, 100 seed weight, plant height, Biological yield and harvest index. also Iron foliar had significant effects on 100 seed weight and plant height. The interaction of methanol and Iron amounts on dry seed yield were significant. The comparison of means indicated that by increasing the amounts of methanol to 20( V/V) of more evaluated characteristic were affected. The highest dry seed yield( 928.3 kg/ha) was obtained while it has been sprayed by 20 (V/V) of methanol within 6 (g/lit) of Iron.
