چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی زوالﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ )48 و 96 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﭘﻴﺮی در دﻣﺎی 43 درﺟﻪ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد( در ﻣﺤﺪودهای از ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ آب )ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/3-، 6/- ، 0/9-، 1/2 و 1/5- ﻣﮕﺎﭘﺎﺳﻜﺎل( ﻣﻮرد آزﻣﻮن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. از ﻣﺪل ﻫﻴﺪروﺗﺎﻳﻢ ﺑﺮای ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻒ ﺗﻮزﻳﻊ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ آب ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖﻫﺎی ﺑﺬری اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﺳﻮده ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ )35/14=θH و 45/45=θH ﺑﺘﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮای 48 و 96 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﭘﻴﺮی(، ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ )1/17-=ψb(50) و 0/82-=ψb(50) ﺑﺘﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮای 48 و 96 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﭘﻴﺮی( و ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ )0/29=σψb و 0/63=σψb ﺑﺘﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﺮای 48 و 96 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﺗﺴﺮﻳﻊ ﭘﻴﺮی( ﻛﻤﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎی ﺳﺎﻟﻢ (26/72=θH؛ 1/29-=ψb50؛0/12=σψb) داﺷﺘﻨﺪ.

(Using Hydrotime Model to Determine the Germination Response of Aged Safflower Carthamus tinctorius L.) Seeds to Drought Stress

Abstract
In this study, germination of aged safflower seeds (48 and 96 hours of accelerated aging at 43 C) in a range of water potentials (zero, 3/0-, 6 / -, 9/0-, 2.1 and 5 / 1 - MPa) were tested. Hydrotime model was used to describe the variation of the base water potential in seed populations. The results showed that aged safflower seeds had lower germination rate (θH=35.14 for 48 hours and θH=45.45 for 96 hours of accelerated aging), drought tolerance (ψb(50)=-1.17 for 48 hours and ψb(50)=-0.82 for 96 hours of accelerated aging) and germination uniformity (ψσb =0.29 for 48 hours and ψσb=0.63 for 96 hours of accelerated aging) than normal seeds (θH=26.72, ψb(50)=-1.29 and ψσb =0.12).
