چکیده
ﻛﻨﺠﺪ (.Sesamum indicum L ) ﻳﻜﻲ از ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن روﻏﻨﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ از داﻧﻪ آن ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻨﺒﻊ روﻏﻨﻲ و ﭘﺮوﺗﺌﻴﻨﻲ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ ارﻗﺎم و ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻛﻨﺠﺪ، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391-92 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ ﺧﺮاﺳﺎن رﺿﻮی ( اﻳﺴﺘﮕﺎه ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻛﺸﺎورزی ﻃﺮق ﻣﺸﻬﺪ) در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 11 ﻻﻳﻦ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻛﻨﺠﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه رﻗﻢ 12 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺸﻮری و رﻗﻢ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ 13 ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﻦ ارﻗﺎم و ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻛﻨﺠﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻛﻠﻴﻪ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎی ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻛﭙﺴﻮل در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. رﻗﻢ ﻣﺤﻠﻲ 13 از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺻﻔﺖ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻛﭙﺴﻮل در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ارﻗﺎم و ﻻﻳﻦ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﻻﻳﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 6 دارای ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺑﻮد. در ﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻛﭙﺴﻮل در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ اوﻟﻴﻦ ﻛﭙﺴﻮل ﺗﺎ زﻣﻴﻦ و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ در ﻻﻳﻦ ﺷﻤﺎره 3 ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ.

Review Some of the Quantitative Characteristics of Sesame Different Cultivars and Lines in Mashhad Region

Abstract
esamum indicum is one of the oil plants that its seed was used as oil and protein source. In order to Review some of the quantitative characteristics of sesame different cultivars and lines, an experiment was conducted as randomized complete block design with three replications in Mashhad Agriculture Research Center at 2013. Experiment treatments were included 11 new lines of sesame, 12 cultivar (as country control) and 13 local cultivar (as local control). Results showed that there were significant differences for all measured factors except No. capsule per plant and plant height between cultivars and lines of sesame. 13 local cultivar showed that is better than new lines of sesame for factor of No. capsule per. Line of number 6 had the most yield and plant height. Whereas the lowest No. capsule per plant, distance of the first capsule to soil surface and plant height was seen in line of number 3.
