چکیده
از آﻧﺠﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ ﮔﻴﺎه آزیوش (.Corchorus olitorius L) دارای ارزش ﺧﻮراﻛﻲ و داروﻳﻲ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر زﻳﺎدی ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ و در ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎی وﺳﻴﻌﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﻬﺎن ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﻲﮔﻴﺮد، وﻟﻲ ﺗﺎ ﻛﻨﻮن در اﻳﺮان ﻧﺎﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﻣﻜﺎن ﻛﺎﺷﺖ و ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آب و ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ﮔﺮﮔﺎن در اﺳﺘﺎن ﮔﻠﺴﺘﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻪاﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﻣﺰرﻋﻪای ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 91- 1390 اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 6 ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ )15 ﻓﺮوردﻳﻦ، 15 اردﻳﺒﻬﺸﺖ، 15 ﺧﺮداد، 15 ﺗﻴﺮ، 15 ﻣﺮداد و 15 ﺷﻬﺮﻳﻮر( و ﺳﻪ زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ )30، 45 و 60 روز ﭘﺲ از ﻛﺎﺷﺖ( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ، زﻣﺎن ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ و اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﺷﺪه ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺘﻨﺪ )0/01≤p(. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺑﻪﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲرﺳﺪ، ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺑﺮای اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺣﺪود اواﺳﻂ ﺧﺮداد ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻮﺗﻪ ﺗﺎزه را در 45 روز ﭘﺲ از ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﻧﻤﻮد، اﻣﺎ اﻣﻜﺎن ﻛﺎﺷﺖ آن از اواﺳﻂ اردﻳﺒﻬﺸﺖ ﺗﺎ اواﺳﻂ ﺗﻴﺮﻣﺎه ﺣﺪود دو ﻣﺎه( ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮل (ﺑﻴﺶ از 5500 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر) وﺟﻮد دارد.

Since the Corchorus olitorius L. plant have great food and medicinal value and it used in wide
parts over world, but it was unknown until now in Iran, Therefore, the aim of this study was the possibility of Wild Okra planting and harvesting in Gorgan region at Golestan province/Iran. This research was conducted in Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources number one farm in 2011-12. The treatments were 12 date cultivations with one month interval and three time of cutting (30, 45 and 60 days after cultivation). The results showed that planting date, cutting time and their interaction had high significant effect on all measured growth and yield components. In total, it seems the best planting date for this plant in Gorgan of Goleastan province is about first of June that would produce highest fresh yield in 45 days after planting, but there are possibility of cultivation from first of May up to first of July (about 2 months) with economical acceptable yield (more than 5500 Kg/ ha).
