چکیده
ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ دﻫﻨﺪه رﺷﺪ رﻳﺸﻪ و اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ در ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن زراﻋﻲ ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت رﻳﺸﻪ ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻧﺨﻮد در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ اول آﺑﻴﺎری در دو ﺳﻄﺢ) ﺷﺎﻫﺪ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ( و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر دوم ﺳﻪ رﻗﻢ ﻧﺨﻮد )آرﻣﺎن ،ﻫﺎﺷﻢ،ILC482(
ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ ﻃﻮل ﻛﻞ رﻳﺸﻪﻫﺎ، ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ ﻛﻞ رﻳﺸﻪ و وزن ﺧﺸﻚ رﻳﺸﻪ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد وﻟﻲ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﺎﻫﺶ در رﻗﻢ ILC482 ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دو رﻗﻢ دﻳﮕﺮ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد و وزن ﮔﺮهﻫﺎ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ زﻳﺎدی داﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﺮه در دو رﻗﻢ آرﻣﺎن و ﻫﺎﺷﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺑﻪ 1/87 و 1/12 ﻋﺪد رﺳﻴﺪ در ﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﻪ رﻗﻢ ILC482در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ 22/3 ﻋﺪد ﮔﺮه را داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺮﺗﺮی اﻳﻦ رﻗﻢ در اﻳﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ داﺷﺘﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ و ﻣﺎده ﺧﺸﻚ اﻧﺪام ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ در اﻳﻦ رﻗﻢ ﺷﺪ. رﻗﻢ ILC482 ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ آن در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻳﻚ رﻗﻢ ﻣﻘﺎوم ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.

Effects of drought stress on root characteristics in chickpea (Cicer arientinum L)

Abstract
Drought stress is one of the most important factors in reducing root growth and shoot in crop.This study was designed
to investigate the properties of three varieties of chickpea roots under drought stress were measured Factorial
experiment in a randomized complete block design with four replications was used to cause the first two levels of
irrigation (control and drought ) and the second factor of three chickpea cultivars ( Arman , Hashem , ILC482, )
respectively. The results showed that total root length , total root surface area and root dry weight decreased , but the
decrease in stress conditions ILC482 figure was lower than the other two varieties .There was also a reduction in the
weight and number of nodes so that the number of nodes in two varieties Arman and Hashem , respectively, 1/87 and
1/12 , while the figure rose ILC482 the stress out of 22/3 was the number of nodes .These attributes lead to a level of
excellence compared to shoot dry biomass was higher in the figure . ILC482 digits due to lower loss characteristics
studied in this research was identified as a resistant cultivar
