بررسی تأثیر پیش تیمار بذر با نیترات پتاسیم بر جوانه زنی

چکیده
ﺧﺸﻜﻲ از ﺗﻨﺸﻬﺎی ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻣﻬﻢ در ﻛﺎﻫﺶ رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ ﻣﻴﺒﺎﺷﺪ ﺑﻄﻮرﻳﻜﻪ ﺑﺴﻴﺎری از ﺟﻨﺒﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﻴﺴﻢ و رﺷﺪی ﮔﻴﺎه را ﺗﺤـﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻗﺮار ﻣﻴﺪﻫﺪ ، اﻳﻦ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ را ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داده و در ﻧﻬﺎﻳﺖ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ را ﺑـﻪ ﺗـﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﻣـﻲ اﻧـﺪازد. ﻧﻴﺘـﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ از ﭘﺮ ﻣﺼﺮف ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻮاد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺮای اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬرﻫﺎﺳﺖ، ﻳﻜﻲ از دﻻﻳﻞ اﺛـﺮ ﻣﺜﺒـﺖ ﻣﺤـﺮک ﻫـﺎی ﺷـﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻣﺎﻧﻨـﺪ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻً ﺑﻪ دﻟﻴﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺎدل رﺳﻴﺪن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮﻧﻲ در ﺑﺬر و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻮاد ﺑﺎزدارﻧﺪه رﺷﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ آﺑﺴﻴﺰﻳﻚ اﺳﻴﺪ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﻳﻦ اﺳﺎس ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬور ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ ﺑﺎ kno3 ﺑﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ آﻧﻬﺎ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ در اﺳﻔﻨﺪ 92 در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﮕﺎه داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زﻧﺠﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ، رﻗﻢ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ ﻓﺮاﻣﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ) kno3(در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ) NT(و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻧﻴﺘﺮات ﭘﺘﺎﺳﻴﻢ) T( و ﭘﻨﺞ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﻫﺎی اﺳﻤﺰی ﺻﻔﺮ ، -3 ﺑﺎر ، -6 ﺑﺎر ، -9 ﺑـﺎر و 12 ﺑﺎر ﺑﻮد ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﭘﻴﺶﺗﻴﻤﺎر و ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﻧﻴﺰ در ﺻﻔﺎت وزن ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ، درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار و در ﺿﺮﻳﺐ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻏﻴﺮﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑﻮد.

Abstract
Dryness is one of the most important stresses in “Carthamus tinctorius L” which decreases its growth and production, since influences plant from many metabolic and growth aspects. This stress reduces speed and percentage of germination and finally postpones establishment of plant. Potassium Nitrate is one of the most widely used chemicals for increasing seed germination. Probably one of the reasons for positive effect of chemical stimuli like Potassium Nitrate on germination of seeds is equilibrium in hormonal ratio in seed and reduction of growth preventing materials like Abscisic acid. Thus an experiment has done for investigating the effect of Pretreatment of Carthamus tinctorius L seeds with kno3 on their germination while they were in dryness stress state. This investigation has taken place on march 2014 (Esfand 92) in laboratory of faculty of agriculture, Zanjan university, with Factorial with 3 times repeat. The figure used for Carthamus tinctorius L was framan. Investigated factors include Pretreatment of seed with Potassium Nitrate (Kno3) in two observing levels (NT) and timar with potassium nitrate (T) and five dryness level with osmotic potential of 0, -3 bar, -6 bar , -9 bar and -12 bar. Results of variance analysis indicated that the main effect of. The effect of Seedling vigor and potential on each other on characteristics of plant weight, germination percentage and index was significant and in germination velocity factor, average germination time and germination speed was insignificant.
