چکیده
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻓﻠﺰ ﺳﻨﮕﻴﻦ ﺳﺮب و ﻧﻴﻜﻞ ﺑﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ و ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎهﭼﻪ ﭼﺎی ﺗﺮش در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻸ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار ﻃﻲ دو آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا در آﻣﺪ. آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﻴﻜﻞ در5 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/1، 0/5، 1 و2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ( و در آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ دوم ﺳﺮب در5 ﺳﻄﺢ )ﺻﻔﺮ، 0/1، 0/5، 1 و2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ( در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻧﻴﻜﻞ و ﺳﺮب، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎه ﭼﻪ و ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد. ﺳﻄﺢ )2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ( ﻧﻴﻜﻞ، ﻣﻴﺰان وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﮔﻴﺎهﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ ﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 18/3، 94/7، 73/6، 16/4 و 82/6 درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد، در ﺣﺎﻟﻲ ﻛﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺳﻤﻴﺖ ﻧﻴﻜﻞ و ﺳﺮب ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ )2 ﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ( ﺳﺮب، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ و ﺑﻨﻴﻪ ﺑﺬر را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰان 47/2، 7/5 و 29/8 درﺻﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻛﻠﻲ ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﺬور ﭼﺎی ﺗﺮش ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺳﺮب را ﺑﻬﺘﺮ از ﺗﻨﺶ ﻧﻴﻜﻞ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ.

Effects of Nickel and lead toxicity on indices germination and seedling growth characteristics of roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Abstract
The present study examined the effects of heavy metal toxicity lead and nickel of indices on germination and seedling growth characteristics of roselle in controlled conditions in a completely randomized design with the three replications two separate experiments of came into force. The first experiment consisted of nickel were applied at five levels (0, 1/0, 5/0, 1 and 2 g/l) and the second experiment lead at five levels (0, 0/1, 0/5, 1 and 2 g/l). Results indicated an increased amount density of nickel and lead, germination rate, length of radicle and hypocotyle, dry weight of seedling and vigor index was significantly decreased compared to control. Levels of (2 g/l) nickel, dry weight of seedling, length of radicle and hypocotyle compared to control, respectively 18/3, 94/7, 73/6, 16/4 and 82/6 percent decrease, While the germination percentage was not influenced by the toxicity of nickel and lead. Also level (2 g/l) of lead, length of radicle and hypocotyle In general and vigor index at amount 47.2, 7.5 and 29.8 present than treatment to control decrease Reduced. In generally Seeds of roselle to better endured the stress condition of lead than Nickel.
