چکیده
برای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻴﻞ ﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻛﻤﻲ و ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﻛﻮﻛﺮ347 در آﺑﻴﺎری ﺑـﺎ آب ﻛﻠـﺮدار، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸـ ﻲ در ﻣﺮﻛـ ﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘـﺎت ﺗﻮﺗﻮن رﺷﺖ ﺑﺎ 50، 150 و 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲﮔﺮم در ﻟﻴﺘﺮ ﻛﻠﺮ آب آﺑﻴﺎری و ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﺻﻔﺮ و 30 ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﻣﻮﻻر ﻣﺘﻴﻞﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت در 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻃﺮح ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ و ﺑﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﮔﻠـﺪاﻧ ﻲ ﺑـﻪ اﺟـﺮا درآﻣـﺪ. ﻧﺘـﺎ ﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳـﻪ وارﻳـﺎﻧﺲ داده ﻫـﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﻛـ ﻪ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻣﻮﻓﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ و ﻛﻤﻲ: ﻃﻮل ﺑﺮگ، ﻋﺮض ﺑﺮگ، ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻮﺗﻪ، ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ، وزن ﺳﺒﺰ ﺑﺮگ، وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺑﺮگ و درآﻣﺪ ﻧﺎﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﮔﻠﺪاﻧﻲ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺘﻴﻞﺟﺎﺳﻤﻮﻧﺎت ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﻣﻮرد ﺻﻔﺎت ﻛﻴﻔﻲ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻛﻠﺮ ﭘﺎﺑﺮگ، ﻛﻤﺮﺑﺮگ و ﻟﭽﻪﺑﺮگ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺗﺤـﺖ ﺗـﺄﺛ ﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻗﺮار ﻧﮕﺮﻓﺖ و ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﻴﻜﻮﺗﻴﻦ ﻟﭽﻪﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓـﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﻃﻮرﻳﻜـﻪ تیمار4 (Cl300, J0)ﺑﺎ 2,28 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر 3 Cl300, J0 ﺑﺎ 1,21 درﺻﺪ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﻴﻜﻮﺗﻴﻦ را دارا ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﻨ

Effect of methyl jasmonate on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Cocker 347cultivar in different chloride concentrations of water irrigation

Abstract
In order to study of effect of metyl Jasmonate on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of Cocker 347cultivar in different chloride concentrations of water irrigation, an experiment was carried out in Rasht Tobacco Institute with 3 levels chlorine water irrigation (50, 150 and 300 mg/Lit) and 2 levels of Metyl Jasmonate application (0 and 30 micromolars) with 4 replications in factorial combinations basis on a completely randomized design in pots. The results showed that there were no significance differences between treatments in all characteristics (Leaf number per plant, Height of plant, Length and Width of leaf, Leaf Area, Fresh weight, Yield, Income, Sugar and Nicotine percent), only Nicotine concentration in upper leaves were significant (p≤0.050). In this case, treatment 4 (Cl300, J0) with 2.28% was highest and treatment 3 (Cl300, J0) was lowest with 1.21% in nicotine content.
