چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد و اﺟﺰای ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد دو رﻗﻢ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ در ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮک ﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل 1389 در ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺟﻠﻔﺎ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو رﻗﻢ ﮔﻠﺮﻧﮓ اراک 2811و ﮔﻠﺪﺷﺖ، و ﻛﻮد ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻲ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ)ﺷﺎﻫﺪ(، 75و 150ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺧﺎﻟﺺ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ اوره و ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوﻛﺴﻴﻦ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد و ﻋﺪم ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﮔﻠﺒﺮگ 119/2ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر از ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺼﺮف 75ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ ، ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﺼﺮف 150ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ)1609ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم درﻫﻜﺘﺎر( در اﺛﺮ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن از ﻣﺼﺮف 150ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر و رﻗﻢ اراک 2811ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ)34/5 از ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻛﻮد زﻳﺴﺘﻲ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻮد ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن از رﻗﻢ اراک 2811ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮی رﻗﻢ اراک 2811 در ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮدﻫﺎی ﮔﻠﺒﺮگ،ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻚ، داﻧﻪ و درﺻﺪ روﻏﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ رﺳﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﻳﻦ رﻗﻢ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺟﻠﻔﺎ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺗﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

Effect of Nitroxin biofertilizer on yield and yield components of two safflower cultivars under different nitrogen levels

In order to the effect of Azotobacter and Azosperillium as biofertilizer on biological yield ,grain yield , oil percentage and oil yield of two safflower cultivars under different nitrogen levels, an experiment was carried out as a randomized complete block design with three replication on a farm located at 15 km of Jolfa. Cultivars were Goldasht and Arak 2811, which stained by biofertilizer before implant. Trait of oil percentage is significant in interaction by three factor(Nitrogen fertilizer Biological fertilizer× Cultivar). Highest petal yield (119/2kg/ha) obtained by biological fertilizer in level of 75 kg N/ha, but according to significant interaction between Nitrogen fertilizer× Biological fertilizer in petal yield, maximum amount belong to not using Biological fertilizer in absence of nitrogen fertilizer. Also, according results, grain yield has significant effect for nitrogen fertilizer and cultivars and the highest(1609 kg/ha) grain yield obtained from using 150 k/g nitrogen fertilizer per hectar. The highest percentage of oil(34.4) obtained by using biological fertilizer in absence of nitrogen fertilizer from arak 2811 cultivar. On the other hand, according to superiority of arak 2811 cultivar on trait such as petal yield, biological yield, grain yield and oil percentage seems using this cultivar is more suitable for Jolfa area.
