چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﻲ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺳﻮﻳﺎ در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﻫﻤﺪان، ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ واﻛﻨﺶ ارﻗﺎم اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ و ﻧﻘﺶ ﻗﺎرچ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻴﻜﻮرﻳﺰا در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ و ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺧﺸﻜﻲ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺧﻴﺮ در ﺳﺎل 1391 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ از آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﺎت اﺳﭙﻠﻴﺖ- ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮﻛﻬﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﻠﻮک اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.ﺗﻨﺶ آﺑﻲ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﻴﺎری ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ 7روز واﺑﻴﺎری ﺗﺎﺧﻴﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ 14 روز ﺑﻌﺪ از ورود ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎز ﮔﻠﺪﻫﻲ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﻲ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻗﺎرچ ﻣﻴﻜﻮرﻳﺰای آرﺑﻮﺳﻜﻮﻻر در دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺼﺮف و ﻋﺪم ﻣﺼﺮف ورﻗﻢ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ L17 ،M7 ،M9 و وﻳﻠﻴﺎﻣﺰ در ﻛﺮﺗﻬﺎی ﻓﺮﻋﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒﺎً اﻛﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﻲ ﻣﻬﻢ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺳﻮﻳﺎ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ، ﺑﻴﻮﻣﺲ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺷﺪﻳﺪی را ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﺷﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻠﻘﻴﺢ ﻣﻴﻜﻮرﻳﺰا ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎی ﻣﻬﻢ زراﻋﻲ ﺳﻮﻳﺎ را ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ،ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ،ﺑﻴﻮﻣﺲ وﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ دﻫﺪ.

Effect of humidity stress and mycorrhiza inoculation on soybean cultivars

Abstract
The recent investigation was done in 2012 in order to study how the soybean grows in Hamadan and evaluate the reaction of spring cultivars of this plant to drought stress and find out the role of Micorrhiza fungi in improvement of important agric parameters and their resistance to drought stress. Four spring cultivars of soybeans Mg, M7, L17 and Williams were chosen and the planting place was a farm located in 20 kilometers from Hamadan city in Abromand village. In this study the split plot factorial experiments in form of complete random block design with four blocks were used. The main factor was formed by humidity stress (A) with two levels of irrigation, the normal and delayed irrigation (very two weeks after the flowering). The sub factors included Micorrhiza Arboscular (B) fungi with existing levels and non existing levels of Micorrhiza and spring cultivars of soybeans (C) including four cultivars. Nearly most important agric feature of soybeans such as the shrub height, sheath numbers, node numbers, seed yield, biomass and… influenced by humidity stress showed a severe decrease. Also the antioxidant enzymes and cell membrane resistance was not influenced by drought stress because of the soil texture. In this study, it was observed that micorrhiza inoculation could increase important agric parameters of soybeans such as the shrub height, number of the sheets and nodes, seed yield, biomass and… . Micorrhiza Arboscular (AM) had an effective role in preventing diminish of the agric parameters of soybean to drought stress.
