چکیده
ﺑﺎاﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻓﺰاﻳﻨﺪه ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ، ﺑﺸﺮ اﻣﺮوزه ﺟﻬﺖ ﺣﻔﻆ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺧﻮﻳﺶ ﺑﻴﺶ از ﻫﺮ زﻣﺎن دﻳﮕﺮی ﻧﻴﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ اﻧﺒﻮه ﻣﻮاد اوﻟﻴﻪ داروﻫﺎی ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ اﻳﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺟﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪد ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ زراﻋﻲ و ﭘﺎﻳﺪار ﮔﻴﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﺎارزش داروﻳﻲ ﻣﻴﺴﺮ ﻧﻤﻲﺷﻮد.اﺳﺘﻮﻳﺎ دارای ﺷﻴﺮﻳﻨﻲ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ و ﺑﺪون ﻛﺎﻟﺮی ﺑﻮده و ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎی ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﻲ ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. از ﺷﻴﺮﻳﻨﻲ اﻳﻦ ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺮای ﺑﻴﻤﺎراﻧﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻗﻨﺪ ﺧﻮن دارﻧﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﺷﻮد. ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ اﺳﺘﻮﻳﺎ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ300 ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺷﻴﺮﻳﻦﺗﺮ از ﺳﺎﻛﺎرز ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﻳﻦ آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺮتﻫﺎی ﺧﺮد ﺷﺪه درﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﻜﺮار در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﻲ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻛﺸﺎورزی و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﻲ راﻣﻴﻦ )ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن( در ﺳﺎل1391-1392 اﺟﺮاﺷﺪ. ﻛﻮدﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر اﺻﻠﻲ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ )200،100،150و50 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺧﺎﻟﺺ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( و ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮر ﻓﺮﻋﻲ زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺻﻔﺮ و ﺳﻪ و ﺷﺶ ﺗﻦ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر( ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻘﺎدﻳﺮ زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ و ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪ در ﺑﻮﺗﻪ درﺳﻄﺢ 5 و ارﺗﻔﺎع ﺑﻠﻨﺪﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺎﺧﻪ و ﻧﻴﺰ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ در ﺳﻄﺢ 1 ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﺑﻮد و ﺑﺮ ﻗﻄﺮ ﺳﺎﻗﻪ اﺻﻠﻲ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ دار ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﻴﻠﻮژﻳﻚ ﺑﺎ ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻣﻘﺪار 150 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن ﺧﺎﻟﺺ و 6 ﺗﻦ زﺋﻮﻟﻴﺖ در ﻫﻜﺘﺎر ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ.

Effects of Nitrogen fertilizer levels and Zeolite on some Morphological characteristics and biological function Stevia rebaudiana in Ahwaz climatic condition

Abstract
With increasing population, human today for their health, than ever required to produce bulk raw material,
natural drugs that help save this important development and sustainable crop plants with medicinal value
which is not possible. The natural seweetness of Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni) is a without caloric
source alternative to artificially produced sugar. The sweet substitutes of this plant use for patients that need
to control their blood sugar level. Extract of Stevia leaf may be up to 300 times sweeter than Saccharose.
This experiment was conducted in a split plot based on a randomized complete block arrangement with three
replications in the Research Field of Ramin Agricultural and Natural Resources University (khouzestan) in
the years 1391-1392. The main plot was four levels nitrogen fertilizer (50, 100, 150 and 200 kg/ha pure
nitrogen) and sub plot was different levels of zeolite (0, 3 and 6 ton/ha).
Results showed that the effect of zeolite and nitrogen on number of branches per plant, longest shoot height
and leaf area index were significant, and had no effect on stem diameter. The highest biological yield was
obtained with application of 150 kg nitrogen and 6 tons of zeolite per hectare.
