چکیده
در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ 72 ﻻﻳﻦ داﺑﻞ ﻫﺎﭘﻠﻮﺋﻴﺪ ﺟﻮ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه دو واﻟﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ دو ﺗﻜﺮار ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺑﻮر و در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﻛﺸﺖ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﻮﻧﻴﻚ در ﺳﺎل 1392 در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه زاﺑﻞ ﺑﻪ اﺟﺮا درآﻣﺪ. ﺑﺮﺧﻲ از ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺻﻔﺎت وزن ﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﻚ رﻳﺸﻪ و ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ آﻧﻬﺎ، ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ و ﺳﺎﻗﻪ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ آﻧﻬﺎ، ﻃﻮل ﺑﻠﻨﺪﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﺑﺮگ، ﺗﺮاﻛﻢ ﻛﻠﺮوﻓﻴﻞ و ﻣﻴﺰان آب ﻧﺴﺒﻲ ﺑﺮگ )RWC( ﺑﻮد. اﺑﺘﺪا ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ ﺻﻔﺎت ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ، ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ و ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲﻫﺎی ﻓﻨﻮﺗﻴﭙﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ وارﻳﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری ﻣﻴﺎن ﻻﻳﻦﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای اﻛﺜﺮ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺣﺪاﻛﺜﺮ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ وزن ﺗﺮ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ ﺑﺎ وزن ﺧﺸﻚ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻫﻮاﻳﻲ(**0/776 ) مشاهده گردید.

Evaluation of double haploid line of barley under boron stress in hydroponic condition

Abstract
In this study,72 barley double haploid lines with two parents were studied. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized block design, with two replicates under boron stress in hydroponic condition at University of Zabol in 2013. Some of these traits measured in this experiment include: Fresh and dry weight of root and shoot and their ratio, length of root and shoot and their ratio, length of the largest leaf, the concentration of Chlorophyll and Relative water content. After measuring these traits, statistical analysis such as variance, mean comparison and the phenotypic correlation between these traits were calculated. These results showed meaningful difference among the lines in most of those traits. The maximum correlation between fresh and dry weight of shoot was seen. (r= 0.776**).
