چکیده
به ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ، ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮری ﺑـﺮ درﺻـﺪ، ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ و ﻳﻜﻨـﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧـﻪ زﻧـﻲ ﺑـﺬر ﻣﺎرﻳﺘﻴﻐـﺎل آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻳﻞ، در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻛﺎﻣﻼً ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ در 4 ﺗﻜﺮار در آزﻣﺎﻳﺸـﮕﺎه ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟـﻮژی داﻧﺸـﻜﺪه ﻛﺸـﺎورزی داﻧﺸـﮕﺎه ﻓﺮدوﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ، اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ دو ﺳﻄﺢ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ )ﺧﻴﺴﺎﻧﺪن ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ در آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 24 ﺳـﺎﻋﺖ و اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺬر ﺧﺸﻚ(، 6 ﺳﻄﺢ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ 50ﻣﻴﻠـﻲ ﺗﺴـﻼ ﺑـﻪ ﻣـﺪت20 ، 40 و 60 دﻗﻴﻘـﻪ،ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ 100 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﺗﺴﻼ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 20، 40 و 60 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ در ﻣﻌﺮض ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴـﻲ( و3 ﺳﻄﺢ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﺷﻮری )0، 150 و 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣﻮﻻر( ﻧﺎﺷـﻲ از ﻧﻤـﻚ ﻃﻌـﺎم NaCl )( ﺑﻮدﻧـﺪ. ﻧﺘـﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﻛـﻪ ﻧﺘـﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﻛـﻪ ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ، ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ و ﺷﻮری و اﺛﺮات ﻣﺘﻘﺎﺑﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 5 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﻲدار ﺑـﻮد. ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ و ﺳﻄﻮح ﺷﻮری ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﺮ ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺬور ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ؛ 5 درﺻـﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺬور ﺧﺸﻚ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ. اﻋﻤﺎل ﻣﻴﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ در ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﺑﻴﺶ از 20 دﻗﻴﻘﻪ ﺳﺒﺐ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﻜﻨﻮاﺧﺘﻲ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﻲ ﺑﺬور ﻣﺎرﻳﺘﻴﻐﺎل ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﻴﻞ ﺷﻮری 300 ﻣﻴﻠﻲ ﻣـﻮﻻر ﺑـﻮد. ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴـﻴﻞ300 ﻣﻴﻠـﻲ ﻣـﻮﻻ ر ﺷﻮری ﺳﺒﺐ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ 90 درﺻﺪی ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﻲ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ.

Abstract
In order to study the influences of magnetic field, Hydropriming and salinity on percentage, rate and uniformity of germination of milk thistle an experiment was conducted the factorial in the form of completely randomized design consisted of two levels hydropriming, 6 treatments of magnetic (magnetic field of 50 mT and 100 mT and the time of exposition was 20, 40 and 60 minutes), and control treatment was not exposed to magnetic field and 3 levels of salinity potential(caused by NaCl) in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad laboratory (2013). Results indicated that the effect of hydropriming, magnetic field and salinity and their interactions on percentage, germination rate and was significant at the 5% level. The magnetic field and salinity levels also had a significant effecton uniformity of germination. Hydropriming seeds with distilled water, 5% higher than the germination of seeds were dried. Applied magnetic field for more than 20 minutes duration cause reduced the uniformity of germination of milk thistle. The lowest percentage of germination potential was 300 mM salt. Potential 300 mM salinity decreased 90% germination compared to control.
