چکیده
ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﻳﺎﺑﻲ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد در زراﻋﺖ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺧﺮﺑﺰه )Cucumis melo L.( و ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای ) Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris
L.(، آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﻜﺮار در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﻲ 1391-92 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺳﻬﺎﻣﻲ زراﻋﻲ ﻧﻴﻞآﺑﺎد ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﺮﺑﺖ ﺟﺎم اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی ﻛﺸﺖ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺧﺮﺑﺰه، ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای، ﻛﺎﺷﺖ ﺧﺮﺑﺰه ﺑﺎ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای در ﺳﻤﺖ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺑﺎ ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ 15، 20 و 30 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﻤﺘﺮ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﺑﻮﺗﻪﻫﺎی ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای روی ردﻳﻒ( ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺻﻔﺎﺗﻲ از ﻗﺒﻴﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺮﺑﺰه، ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺑﺮگ و ﻏﺪه ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﻛﻞ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای اﻧﺪازهﮔﻴﺮی ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻛﺸﺖ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای در ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻛﺸﺖ ﺧﺮﺑﺰه ﻫﻴﭽﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﻨﻔﻲ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺧﺮﺑﺰه ﻧﺪارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎی ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻛﺸﺖ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺧﺮﺑﺰه ﻛﻪ در آن ﻫﻴﭽﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻮﺗﺔ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲداری در ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﮕﺮدﻳﺪ. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰان ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮی زﻣﻴﻦ )LER( در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻛﺸﺖ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺧﺮﺑﺰه ﺑﺎ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻋﻠﻮﻓﻪای )2/21 ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﻛﺎﺷﺖ 15 ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻴﻤﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻟﺬا ﻛﺸﺖ ﺗﻮأم اﻳﻦ دو ﮔﻴﺎه ﺑﺮای اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺑﻬﺮهوری در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻣﻲﮔﺮدد.

In order to evaluation of yield in companion planting of melon (Cucumis melo L.) and fodder beet (Beta vulgaris subsp. vulgaris L.), an experiment was conducted based on randomized complete block design with 3 replications during 2012 and 2013 in farming company of Nilabad, Torbat-e Jam. Treatments include pure cultivation of melon, pure cultivation of fodder beet, melon cultivation with fodder beet in opposite site so that the distances of fodder beet shrubs were different (15, 20 and 30 centimeter on row). In this research, traits include yield of melon, yield of leaf and root in fodder beet and total yield of fodder beet were measured. The results showed that the use of fodder beet cultivation in combination with cultivated melon does not have any negative effect on yield of melon. Also, with the exception of pure cultivation of melon treatment (in which there was no fodder beet plant) there was no significant difference between treatments on yield of fodder beet. The highest amount of land equivalent ratio (LER) in cultures treated with melon with beet forage (2.21) with a spacing of 15 cm. Therefore, companion planting of these plants to better use of resources and increase of yield is recommended for this area.
