چکیده
به ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارﺗﻘﺎ ء رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه ﻧﺨﻮد و ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﺴﻢ ﻓﺮار از ﺧﺸﻜﻲ آﺧﺮ ﻓﺼﻞ آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮ ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎی ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻦ و اﺳﻴﺪ آﺑﺴﻴﺰﻳﻚ ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ رﻳﺸﻪ و ﺳﺮﻋﺖ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎه و ﺑﺮﺧﻲ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﻴﺎت ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻲ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﻧﺨﻮد ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ و آﺑﻲ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ داﻧﺸﻜﺪه ﻛﺸﺎورزی داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻟﺮﺳﺘﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻛﺎرﺑﺮد ﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ و ﺗﻴﻤﺎرﻫﺎی رﻃﻮﺑﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻛﺸﺖ در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ آﺑﻲ و دﻳﻢ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﺻﻔﺮ، 50، 100 و 150 ﭘﻲﭘﻲام از ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﺟﻴﺒﺮﻟﻴﻦ و اﺳﻴﺪ آﺑﺴﻴﺰﻳﻚ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﺮاﻳﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. رﻗﻢ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده، ﻓﻠﻴﭗ 93-93 )رﻗﻢ آزاد( و ﻃﺮح آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﺼﻮرت آزﻣﺎﻳﺶ اﺳﭙﻠﻴﺖ ﭘﻼت ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﺑﻠﻮکﻫﺎی ﻛﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺷﺎﺧﻪﻫﺎی ﻓﺮﻋﻲ اوﻟﻴﻪ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ و آﺑﻲ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد. ﻛﺸﺖ آﺑﻲ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ را ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺸﺖ دﻳﻢ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ داد. اﺳﻴﺪ آﺑﺴﻴﺰﻳﻚ 150 ﭘﻲﭘﻲام ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ را در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ دﻳﻢ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ داد. ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﻫﻴﺪروﭘﺮاﻳﻤﻴﻨﮓ ﻃﻮل رﻳﺸﻪ، وزنﺗﺮ و ﺧﺸﻚ رﻳﺸﻪ، ﺳﻄﺢ ﺑﺮگ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ رﺷﺪ ﮔﻴﺎﻫﭽﻪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد رﻳﺸﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﻲ را اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ داد.

Assess Effect Of Seed Priming On Growth Of Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) Under Rainfed and Irrigated Conditions

Abstract
In order to enhance plant growth of chickpea and complete the escape mechanism from season terminal drought, a study with the aim of evaluating effect of gibberellin and abscisic acid on root growth and plant growth rate and some physiological characteristics of chickpea seedling under rainfed and irrigated condition was conducted in agricultural collage research farm of Lorestan University. Hormones were used as priming and moisture treatments as irrigated and rainfed condition. Seeds were primed separately with 0, 50, 100 and 150 ppm of gibberllin and abscisic acid. Chickpea cultivar was Filip 93-93 and experimental design was split plot in base of completely randomized block design. Results showed that number of primary lateral branches are the same in both irrigated and rainfed conditions. Leaf area index (LAI) was greater in irrigated condition than rainfed. Abscisic acid 150 ppm increased root length in rainfed condition. Hydropriming increased root length, dry and wet weights of root, leaf area, seedling growth rate and the number of lateral roots.
